I filled out all paperwork and it’s still taking forever the doctor is seeing another patient which will probably take another hour.

Dr. Calkwood and Jerry Phaff, PA-C are both very intelligent and personable individuals and I always feel confident that I’m being well taken care of. I do have trouble with this clinic though in that I’m often not seen on time and the organization of the front desk needs some work. Today I was told that I was due for an eye exam now, but I was not told this months ago when I scheduled my other appointments. I know my Health is being managed well, but the technical aspects of it all need work. I’ve found this to be a common theme in all areas of healthcare.

Dr. Kalkar and Dr. Cornelius are amazing. After 6 years of not being seen they were able to get me back on track!

I don't normally write reviews, but I've had such a terrible experience with this clinic with the exception of the technician who performed a test. The actions of Dr. Ostrander, his support ("patient care coordinator") and the site manager indicate their lack of care for me as a patient. First, I was told they would call me to schedule a test, then waited four days before finally I called them. Then I was told they would call me with the test results in two to five business days. They called on day six - and the results were abnormal! Next I was told I needed an MRI (given no guidance to deal with my symptoms in the meantime). Over a month later, the clinic has been unable to convince my insurance company to approve the MRI. The clinic blamed the insurance company as being hard to work with. This may be true, however, the doctor could have spoken with the insurance company to resolve. But he waited until the last minute then could not navigate the insurer's automated phone system to reach a live person (this was actually written on their patient portal)! I spoke with the site manager (who initially didn't return my phone call) and complained that the clinic was delaying my care and prolonging my suffering by not working with the insurance company effectively. She apologized but also mentioned that sometimes insurance won't approve things, and people just have to live with it. Are you kidding? Maybe what she doesn't realize is that patients like me are leaving her clinic and finding competent healthcare staff elsewhere. Avoid.

I am extremely disappointed with the result of the visit that my fiancé had with Dr. Kalkar. He was referred to this clinic due to sudden onset severe headaches, and when my fiancé brought up possible exertion headaches, Dr. Kalkar pulled up Wikipedia while he was still in the room and used the information on Wikipedia to make his determination!! I am shocked that a "specialist" would do such a thing, and seem to care so little. He had no interest in recommending any further testing, and told him to follow up with his primary care doctor. We will NEVER go back to Dr Kalkar.

My spouse has MS and had his initial consultation today and we learned more from Dr.Calkwood in that time then we have with any other neurologist in the last 16 years. Smart, thorough, personable and took time to answer our questions. You can see that he is very invested in this work and cares for his patients!

I saw Dr Stulc several times. Very rude nursing staff! They treat their patients like they are a bother. Neena tori and Sarah are so rude. A friend used to work there and told me they talk and laugh behind the patients backs! There are plenty of great Drs out there. Don’t waste your time coming to this out dated Unknowledgeable clinic! They pick and choose the people they like.

15 minutes early to wait a half hour past my appointment time. Never fails.

My 82 year old mother got my 87 year old father ready for his appointment today to be evaluated for Alzheimer's. They were held up in terrible traffic and were 12 minutes late for his appointment. The clinic refused to see him and sent him home. Anyone out there that has a family member with the onset of Alzheimer's must understand the difficulty in getting the patient to and from appointments. In addition, my mother has terrible back pain and is scheduled for surgery. It breaks my heart that my parents had to go through this today. A neurology clinic with no regard for elderly patients and any misgivings they may encounter, should never be considered in my opinion. My father will be seen elsewhere.

DR.Chadwick answered all our questions even seen us before and after our EEG appointment.. We were very happy when we left the building and felt a little more relieved.

My daughter has a spot on her brain. They refuse to see her again because they cannot get their billing corrected. Filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office.

Dr. Heiring has been an amazing resource for me, and provided expert care in treating my chronic headaches. After having tried physical therapy three times at three different facilities to alleviate my chronic neck and back pain with headaches, I was skeptical when she referred me to another PT, Rachel Fine, for additional treatment. However, Rachel taught me some new stretches, ergonomic positions, and exercises that she had used to address my pain points, and now six weeks post-treatment I am happy to report I am virtually pain free! I'm grateful that after four years of learning to live with pain I found the team at MCN that was finally able to alleviate it (without surgery). Thanks to Dr. Heiring and Rachel Fine, I don't have to live with chronic pain.

I am seen at the MS part of the center, and my experience has been generally good, with the occasional 'hiccup'. I did see a female neurologist about 20 yrs ago who was rude and dismissive but the folks in the MS area are great. (She's still there..)

Melissa Chyrklund

First patient of the day and the doctor is still late. One other time I came here with my husband and the doctor was really late too (I figured because of other patients before him.) staff should have longer time slots between patients if the doctor is never going to get to them on time

Worst experience I have had with a doctor. First I was told evaluation appointments are 90 minutes. She was 15 minutes late, I watched her walk in the door. My appointment went for 30 minutes. I was told I have no symptoms of Ms, which is fine but then proceeded to tell me "People like you do well at pain clinics" was told I have no neurological symptoms, hands going numb, pain, not being able to walk, having vision troubles, none of these are ms symptoms. Fine, she poked my hands and feet with her pin, couldn't feel it, yet no symptoms. I have never been made to feel so little and insignificant in my life. I told her I have been struggling for years with this pain amongst other issues only to be told my findings are fine, everyone has straight necks and inverted bulging discs. She has it too she told me. Doesn't cause any problems. Didn't really read any of the reports I was told to bring, just glanced and really made me feel like it was all in my head. Because I have had surgerys and children is why i am having all this pain. Just a horrible horrible experience no bed side manner at all!!!!
