This has been such an amazing place to receive care for my pregnancy! Dr. Flynn is so reassuring and makes me feel at ease every time I'm there. The nurses follow up with me if I call the nurse line and anytime I have concerns I know I can bop into the urgent care of their clinic. Seriously you guys are amazing and as much as I can't wait to meet this little baby I will be sad to not see all of your faces weekly :)

Rude and unprofessional! Same goes with billing department! Threatening to send your account to collection, but from start of the call they weren’t even trying to help you figure it out and listen to what you say instead they would just keep arguing with you! Also they charge you for an unreasonable price! For more than what you were there for!

Nurses were rude and not up front and honest. When I made the appt they told me I would see a doctor. I waited over 6 weeks for the appt and total waste of time. The appt was over 2 hours long. I was waiting and waiting then told there was no doctor in the office that day. This place is a joke and not staffed. As I was leaving another client came in and was told the dr wasn't in. She was upset and I just don't know how a place like this can even run and operate if there are no doctors available for the clients. I would strongly recommend going to another place that actually has doctors available like any Allina clinic.

The clinic is great when you get to see someone. The first appointment was the only one which was on time for my wife's pregnancy. We are both working professionals and cannot wait an extra hour or more to be seen. If their scheduling gets fixed and delays removed, I would give them a higher rating.

My first visit was great. I was having a seriously painful issue for some time and was kind of a mess by the time I made the appointment. The doctor was super sweet and we came up with a plan for diagnosis that felt right. But as the visits continued and we started to discuss treatment, I started to feel a lot of pressure to have a hysterectomy to cure my issue. Feeling incredibly uncomfortable with that, I got a second opinion from a different facility and learned a hysterectomy would have been a very extreme solution for my situation. I followed this other doctor's recommendations and my pain was under control within a few weeks. This all happened about six months ago and I'm still weirded out by it all... Oh, and I can confirm the other comments on the wait times. They are super long. A five minute appointment easily turns into an hour with how long you wait.

I only give this one star only based on scheduling! Dr. Flynn was AMAZING! Loved her and her staff. It's unfortunate that she has to get bad reviews for a clinic she works for because of others. I've had the hardest time with the scheduling department. They often didn't even put down the appointments I made. It was up to me to call and make sure when I didn't receive a confirmation email. And everytime they say " sorry we have nothing on schedule with you" seems like Kathy in particular fails to get the appointments right. I was told the wrong location as well for an appointment. Again Flynn is highly highly recommend.. But scheduling has to go!!!

The clinical staff here is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and never make me feel rushed. The wait can be long at times, but the doctors get called to the hospital for emergencies and I know if I were the patient at the hospital, I’d want them to be called out too so I understand that. I’m surprised by all the negative reviews, especially about the scheduling phone line. To all the people making these complaints, ask to speak to Toni. Not only is she always very nice, she is extremely helpful and does whatever she can to make an appointment work for you. She also sends medical records and was able to get my records over to a different clinic for an appointment within an hour—that’s unheard of at any clinic! I am only giving 4 stars because the triage nurse never return my calls and that can be very frustrating. I would tell all the doubters to give this clinic a try. You won’t get better care anywhere else!

Our experiences with Metro OBGYN were amazing. Their communication is amazing- routing you to the correct area and then promptly returning calls. We recommend Dr. Hallman and Metro OBGYN to anyone looking for a provider. Over the course of three pregnancies we worked with a number of the providers and did not have a negative experience with any of them. We are forever grateful to Dr. Hallman and Metro OBGYN for assisting us in building our family.

Dr. FLYNN is the BEST! So comforting and just awesome! Not sure why all the negative reviews they are Drs of course they are going to run late for some appointments some cases are more complicated than others.

Truly the worst customer service ever. Scheduler told me I needed to see a male OB if I want an appointment within the next 6+ weeks. Then told me she didn't believe my symptoms. I didn't even make the appointment, just called my Dr for referral to somewhere else.

Been going here for 12 years and never had a huge issue. I really like Dr. Mies. The wait times can be long and what I don’t like is they don’t inform you if they are running behind, but most recently I had a bad experience with the NP Lori miller. I had gone through a horrible miscarriage and her comments were beyond inconsiderate and showed no remorse. Other than that I like the clinic I just won’t see her again.

I had a wonderful experience having my first baby with Dr. Katherine Grande and the whole staff at Metro OBGYN!! We just had our last check up and I was genuinely sad to say goodbye. The entire pregnancy I was very confident with Dr. Grande and always felt my voice was heard and any concern I had was addressed in a thoughtful and caring manner. Thank you!!

I've been through two other OBGYN offices in the twin cities and had no great experiences until I met Dr. Hallman. Dr. Hallman is amazing! He is so knowledgeable with legitimate credentials. He knows what he is doing and is very well educated especially pregnant women with high risks. Dr. Hallman makes decisions that cares for the health of mother and baby. I highly recommend this clinic and Doctor for anyone who is planning or is pregnant. If you want a beautiful experience wth your pregnancy, come to this clinic. Worth your investment!

I had to wait 2 months to schedule an appointment only to show up at that appointment and be told they had just called me to cancel my appointment because the doctor had a baby to deliver. I suppose that is great if you are the one having the baby, but I don't see how it is possible to see a doctor regularly at this clinic with all of the cancellations. I guess their patient's time means nothing to them as there isn't a doctor on call. Any time your doctor has a baby to deliver, all appointments during deliveries are cancelled. Oh well, off to a more reputable clinic. I guess it worked out better for me in the end.

They screwed up my first pregnancy. Most doctors don’t care. They get paid to look at women’s bellies and that’s all. They never make pregnancy a great experience. Stay away from these guys at all costs !

I don't have much good to say about the clinic because I don't have any type of connection with the doctor. I am going to have a friend present for delivery for that reason. There is always a wait. It's as if they think 30 minutes late is on time. It doesn't matter what time of the say I schedule the appointment. I also had a very bad experience with one of the receptionists and when I addressed my concerns with her she was extremely rude.

I’m only giving a low rating because of the scheduling line. Prepare to talk with people who sound like they hate their jobs and don’t want to help. If they make that better then everything will be a 5 star because the facility and the drs are all great.

LOVE Dr Hallman!! He is the only OBGYN I would entrust with my care. After he moved out of our area, I tried a few obgyn’s (both male and female) in the area for my annual exams and none compared. He listens, answers questions, and addresses as much of ones concerns as he can. I gladly commute the distance to have him as my doctor.

I just to say to everyone who is pregnant Don't see TRACY for ultrasound appointment! She was horrible with me! She was rude and aggressive. it was my 20 weeks ultrasound to wanting to find out the baby's gender. She said to me at the appointment to be honest I don't care about the baby's gender I want to get my photos done!!! This is suppose to be an exciting moment and she ruined it!! I don't recommend TRACY EVER!! It will be the worst experience. I hope my comments get to a lot of pregnant women so they wont make the same mistake I did. Taking ultrasound job should be for someone who is fun and make it a good experience to the patient. I ended up not finding out the baby gender and I will have to do another ultrasound and it wont be with TRACY!! The Tracy I am taking about works at Metro OBGYN Woodwind hospital Woodburry.

I am a Registered Nurse, mother of five children, and wife of an ob/gyn physician. I have been a patient of Dr. Tom Grande for many years now. He has helped me with gynecologic issues and performed surgery to help with these issues and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. He is kind, compassionate, intelligent, and sympathetic. I love his M.A. (Holly) and the entire staff. If you are looking for wonderful physicians- choose any one of the docs at Metro- they are top notch!

I switched from Allina Clinics to Metro when I was 24 weeks pregnant. I had a horrible experience at Allina and the OB (Stephanie from Woodbury) didn’t give a damn about me or any problems I was having. Even know I was over mid way in my pregnancy I decided enough was enough so I switched. I did my research and found Dr Kevin Hallman (he’s in the photos above!) was highly recommended. I’ve never went to a male OB before, but it was the BEST decision I’ve ever made. He was by far the best Dr. He cares so much for his patients! I went into delivery early and even know he already worked a full day at one hospital, he came to the other hospital to deliver my son. I would highly recommend him. He did an excellent job with my C-Section. I never had a problem with any of the nurses, they always were nice to me. I only had to wait one time for more than 15 min. They were always on time with me. That one time I had to wait, Dr Hallman was so apologetic - I kept telling him it wasn’t his fault! Would recommend Metro and Dr Hallman any day.

Dr Hallman and his nurse are exceptional!! The best I have been to; highly skilled, professional, compassionate and thorough. The scheduling staff, especially surgery schedulers could use some more help or training in customer service, they were rather rude with me, I thought .Dr. Hallman is the reason I go here. He is the best and his nurse .

Dr. Hallman is a wonderful, compassionate doctor, and brilliant surgeon. He delivered both of my kiddos via C-section, and both the procedure and my recovery went so well. He helped to easy my surgical anxieties. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Hallman was my doctor through the whole infertility process and also delivered my first child. I tried the other two doctors but was disappointed and felt like my questions were not heard and felt rushed at every office visit. After reading some reviews, I made the change to Dr. Hallman along with two sisters and a sister-in-law. He's compassionate towards his patients and very comforting. I highly recommend him if you are a new mother seeking for a doctor that will care for you and your baby.

I've given this places so many chances... Go somewhere else! This place always makes me wait 20 minutes - 1 hour plus!!! I need to get in for some blood work, which only takes 5 minutes max but I'm waiting 1 hour to get that done. They have mixed up my appointments twice! One time after ultrasound, I was supposed to meet with the doctor but the doctor left!!!

I've been going to Metro OB/GYN for the last 8 years now. Dr. Thomas Grande was recommended to me by a midwife at Health East when I first moved back to the TC. Dr. Grande is an older, seasoned physician. His calmness and knowledge are a direct result of his many years of experience. He has always provided me with the information I need; has always answered my questions thoroughly; and has always made me feel comfortable and well cared for. He delivered my middle daughter; then managed my pregnancy and delivery of my surrogate pregnancy for my sister; and then delivered my youngest child. He was top notch every time. Even in emergent situations, he was able to remain calm and keep me calm as if he understood the severity but knew exactly what he was doing. That demeanor only comes with experience. I'm not sure if all of the MDs at Metro special their own patients or if it's just Dr. Grande. But there have been times I've needed to wait awhile as he tends to his other patients in need. The staff have always been helpful when I ask and I've even gone to grab coffee and they've called me to return when he was in his way back. Ive been the other person on the other side when he's left clinic to check in on me; so I've always been happy to wait for him. He's well worth it. His nurse, Holly, is extremely personable and I feel welcomed every time I'm there. They have several different locations. I've been to three of them; my preference being Maplewood at St Johns. But I follow Dr Grande wherever he is the day it works for my schedule. I recommended him to my sister and she sees him and loves him as well!

Excellent experience with MetroOB at Woodbury and Maplewood sites. Schedulers, US techs, Medical assistants, NPs/PA and physicians have been awesome through each of my pregnancies. Highly recommend.

This clinic gives a sense of hope. They are sensitive to your fertility and always remain hopeful. The Woodbury location is my favorite. I had an ultrasound done there and it was such a great experience. Most the time ultrasound techs get what they need and are done- She had so much fun capturing pictures and talking with me- You could tell she really loved her job. Dr. Hallman is great and is the reason we are expecting- Thank you! His nurses are all great and always excited to see me. Even after a two month absence before conceiving, they remembered me and were as excited as me to hear I was expecting. Seriously, the best of the best! If you are having fertility issues or need basic women's care- this is the place to go!
