I went through a Pre-term delivery in my 6th month. Unfortunately, Dr Juan Angelates was on duty that weekend. We were already heart broken and to top it Dr. Angelates made it worse by his attitude and rudeness. When he came into the delivery room he did not even have the courtesy to speak to me or my husband. It seemed like because of my emergency we ruined his weekend and he's mad about that. The entire delivery he did not talk to us at all and if i would say I'm in pain he would fold his hands and stand away and roll his eyes and not say a word like a 2 years old child. He was extremely unprofessional. Not once did he speak to us in those 24 hours. He was extremely arrogant, rude and had no empathy towards his patient. It's been over 4 years but I still can't get over his rudeness. I honestly feel he shouldve never been in healthcare field with this attitude that he has towards his patients when they're in distress. Extremely unethical and unprofessional doctor.
