My whole family sees Dr. Hannah and she is beyond amazing!!! She knows us by name and takes her time with us in the room and is never quick to rule out possibilities. My son enjoys seeing her and so do the rest of us. She makes him laugh and feel comfortable even when he is at his sickest. We have been going here for a decade and are so happy with the care with Dr. Hannah!! Thank you for taking your time and having a wonderful beside manner as well as never ruling the obvious out. With a high deductible plan each visit is worth her while because she makes sure to do what is necessary!!!

Simply wanted to talk to a doctor about getting a referral for an accident.. Spent 30 minutes on hold, had to restart my call 4 times, and was then told I'd have to wait two days to speak to a doctor on the phone about getting a referral.

Hannah and Penny need some customer service training. It's so bad we'll be taking our family elsewhere. Doesn't return phone calls. Claims to leave voicemails when they don't. They will lie to your face. Very rude and condescending. Not receptive to other medical input or patient history. You will have to make an appointment for every little thing, while they drain you with bills.

I would definitely not recommend this clinic whatsoever. I was in search for a new primary doctor to see and stumbled across Dr Toninato. I verified that this clinic was in my health insurance network and scheduled a new patient annual exam appointment. Check in was less than pleasant - I had filled out all the necessary forms beforehand and faxed them to the clinic so I could get checked in quicker. The lady at the front desk seemed puzzled when I told her I already filled them out and faxed them. She finally found the faxed forms and checked me in. I saw the doctor and it was a normal routine visit, and I really ended up liking her. Fast forward to a few weeks later, and I get a bill in the mail for $20. I am confused by this because my insurance pays for routine preventative annual exams at 100% with no copay. I call the clinic and had to leave a voicemail. Billing calls me back and explains to me that I was billed for a copay because I spoke with Dr Toninato about issues "not within the realm of a preventative exam." I asked multiple times so I understood, was I not allowed to ask my doctor questions during the appointment? Billing representative was rude, telling me I had signed a form stating that I was aware that I would be billed if I discussed anything outside of what they consider to be preventative annual exam. The first issue was brought up by my doctor, NOT by me, and the second issue she couldn't even help me with, she needed to give me a referral for. So, please steer clear from this clinic because if you ask your provider additional questions during your routine annual exam, you'll be billed for annual exam plus an additional visit for asking the questions. This doesn't make for a good doctor/patient relationship - why should I fear having to ask my doctor a question thinking I might be billed additionally for asking? What a scam! This clinic should be reported for this! And telling me I signed a form stating I knew I would be billed additional for this is crazy - it had to be in small fine print somewhere and never explained to me, because had I known what I was signing, I wouldn't have done so. As someone who works in healthcare with direct patient care, I am disgusted by this practice and I will tell everyone not to go to Entira Clinics.

I am sorry to say that I would not recommend Nurse practitioner Hannah. Misdiagnosis of hemorrhoids with improper treatment followed by new diagnosis of abscess unresponsive to multiple antibiotic treatment followed by referral to expensive specialist w MRI for a small, sebaceous cyst that did not require any further work up or treatment. A screwed up four month period without resolution. Now stuck w huge bill for specialist and MRI that was not necessary. The specialists should be ashamed for ordering expensive tests whenever a patient is referred. How does one misdiagnose hemorrhoids? Hannah also saw another family member for a skin condition and did nothing to determine source of very strange, evolving rash. She suggested bedbugs w no recommendations and then prescribed the "standard" antibiotic treatment. The rash did not respond to her "treatment" requiring a trip to a dermatologist who diagnosed a fungal infection which cleared w proper treatment. The visit w Hannah was again a worthless expense and waste of precious time for my college student. Looking for new providers for general medical care.

I have seen Dr. Chestovich for OB care and it has been fabulous. The appointments are quick and she really knows how to comfort you with a pregnancy that is not so easy. I highly recommend her. My fiance started seeing her as well and she is the first doctor that understood his level of back pain in 10 years! She created a great plan of action and was positive about the outcome. I can't brag about her enough! I also see Hannah when Dr. Chestovich isn't available for normal care (outside of OB). She is also great! Friendly, and gives great care. I highly recommend Entira as it has turned into our family clinic.

I asked to see my primary physician. The soonest appointment they offered is 26 days out. They have good physicians but what good is it if you can't see your primary care provider for almost a month? I was patient for a long time and earlier my doctor could see me in 3 days, and on the same day if needed. No longer the case. I think management changed hands, they are short staffed and making clients pay for their shortcomings. I can get to see a Nurse Practitioner in any minute clinic in under an hour if I have cold/flu like symptoms. I count to see my primary care physician who knows my family and family history for a reason. I should not be waiting this long to get in. Hire more physicians. Bring the place back to normal like it once was.

Best practice I've ever been to. I was seeing Dr Punderson but for my pregnancy I started seeing Dr Chestovich - this place really does feel like family. My husband, baby daughter and I are all patients and would recommend Dr Chestovich and the entire staff to anyone who wants to feel truly cared for and leave with a smile. I love these guys!

LOVE Dr Tim Hernández! He’s super cool, cares for what he does and for his patients at heart. He will be delivering my 3 child soon ❤️

After a 4 year hiatus from coming to this clinic I called on June 18 to see my previous doctor and they told me I had to start over as a new client and told me the out of pocket expense would be 200 to $300 all I needed was a prescription for back pain that the same doctor has given me numerous times. The cost of this exact same service at the Apple Valley medical center 3 years ago was only $130 now these criminals want $300 plus. How the hell are anybody supposed to get any care when you don't have insurance and you're gonna price me right out of the market so I guess I'm just going to sit here on the floor writhing in pain. Update edit. It is now 2 hours later and I have found that oncare did me over the phone through a doctor and I was able to get prescriptions filled and this was all for a cost of $45. You clinics and private practices are a joke, we the people are not here to make your boat payment.
