Wonderful experience! They were so kind and caring to my 4 year old. Great place for kids. They offer “Happy Visits” so kids can check out the office, pick out a toothbrush and sit in the chair before their actual cleaning visit. We took advantage of that and I really think it made a difference in my sons actual appointment. He was relaxed and even said he “loves” going to the dentist. Win!

Whoever the mid-age nurse did my three year old cleaning was very rude to my kid. Forcing him to close, no paitience, didn't take pix for my kids first visit, didn't provide a toy, etc. Not recommend!

We drove around an hour to go to Children's dental care as they were the only ones who could accommodate our need for a consult on a frenectomy that was not 2+ weeks away (I called on Wednesday and they got me an appointment for that Friday). When we got there we saw Dr. Katie for a consult to discuss getting a frenectomy on our four month old baby and she was amazing at describing everything to us and with the care she provided to my baby boy. I also received a follow up call from Dr. Katie herself to see how my child was doing. Upon returning the call I had several questions and was able to speak to Dr. Katie directly and they called me back within 5 minutes of leaving a message. I would highly recommend Dr. Katie she is great! I was very impressed by this facility and would recommend them highly! Great place to get dental care for your young ones!

I was so blown away by the amazing service we received at children's dental care! The lobby with play area really made the kids relax and got them excited to see the dentist chairs. Going to the back room was very inviting. A wide open area for the chairs made the kids super comfortable. They were able to service all 3 of my kids at the same time which made it very quick. The dentist and the assistants were very friendly.

I’m going to start by saying we had a pleasant experience when we were seen in the office for my sons tongue and lip tie revision. However, for a dental office that has such strict financial policies and with all the very detailed forms you’re expected to sign in regards to those financial policies, I am very disappointed with how inconsiderate they are when reimbursement is owed to a patient. As I aforementioned, my son had two revisions done at the age of five weeks. He has dental coverage despite being an infant somI knew both revisions would be covered at 80% with deductible. The office had me pay for the revisions upfront and they assured me that after they submitted the claim I would be reimbursed within 4 to 6 weeks. Over a month went by and I had not heard anything. My husband tried calling and they stated the claim was submitted. My husband then stopped in there during his workday a few days later (we are 35 minutes from their office) and they again said they had submitted the claim. Finally my husband called our insurance company and they said they never received any claim. So my husband went back and they faxed the claim to my insurance... Finally it was received and paid. However, we are yet to be reimbursed. The amount of that reimbursement totals over $500. I am very disappointed with this dental office and how they have handled such a large amount of money. My son was five weeks old at the time of his revision he is now 14 weeks old. We have had to continually call this office and have been given the runaround I am not sure why they have taken so long to reimburse us even after my insurance company has paid them on top of the over $700 I paid them upfront. I would not recommend going here unless you are certain you can live without $500 for months on end and want to waste lots of time calling and calling and visiting to ensure that claims are submitted. I will never go back to this dental office.

The kids never fear going to see their dentist & hygienist. They are so efficient there that it's even possible to get them in before school. The kids look forward to playing video games in the waiting room (I think they wish they had to wait longer) and getting their report cards & prizes at the end of their visit. Finally, there is never any hassle regarding insurance/billing which is important to us busy parents. Everyone there knows their job & they do it very well.

Both of our kids also went through braces at Children's Dental, and we will be forever grateful for their meticulous, honest, and caring approach. My 4 year old just had his first fillings, there was one on each side of the mouth, so it was scheduled for 2 different days. The first appointment he was so comfortable with Dr. Brent it was decided to go ahead and fill both that day. It was so nice that they were so flexible and he is excited to see the dentist again for check ups only!

I want say the Dentists here are awesome. But the rest of our experience has been a nightmare. They over charge and when pointed out on this they get mad. The receptionists have been rude and unfriendly. I would have liked more of a friendly atmosphere and less playing games with my pocket book. If you choose to come to this place just know your insurance and know they overcharge and will be mad when you ask for your money back.

Let me just start by saying that Dr. Amy and Dr. Brent have both been wonderful. My boys were never afraid of going to the dentist and it's a great place to go for routine care. HOWEVER......... on a weekend awhile back. my son had a deep filling fall out. I called the on call dentist Dr. Hankerson and it took him over 3 hours to call me back. Okay fine, my son wasn't in a great deal of pain, I just wasn't sure if it was something that needed to be addressed immediately. I thought maybe the delay in getting back to me was an unprofessional fluke. And then today (Sunday) my 3 year old tripped and fell into the brick around our fireplace and severely displaced 4 of his upper teeth, he was bleeding everywhere and it was hard to even see what was going on in his mouth because of all the bleeding and blood clots. I called the, as it says on the office recording, "after hours on call emergency dentist" Dr. Hankerson again, twice. NO RESPONSE!!!!! It was a disaster trying to figure out where to take him since I couldn't get a hold of anybody. We ended up in the ER and Dr. Hankerson finally called back 2 HOURS after my initial phone call when we were already in the ER. Very, very disappointed by the unprofessionalism of their ability to handle a true emergency. It's to bad for them because they just lost my 3 children as clients. Like I said, it's a great place for routine care, but you better pray that you never have an emergency!

Hygienists are rude and ironically not great with kids. Their billing is a nightmare. I had to follow up on my reimbursement check 3 times, they admitted they botched it and "forgot about mailing our check for $700 out.". They also tried to not reimburse us and instead keep the money and use it as a credit whenever we would come in the future.....uhhh nice try, please just give me the $700 you owe me. One nice gal in the front office, others were rude. I would not recommend this place, note all the negative billing reviews in here.

Dr. Brent at Children's Dental has been our children's dentist since they were 3. They are now 11 and 13, and I can honestly say Children's Dental is amazing. I know technology has changed over the years, but when I heard my daughter needed to get a cavity filled, I thought we would need 3 sets of hands to hold her down. To my surprise, she didn't flinch. Dr. Brent has a way with kids, and even my daughter who struggles with anxiety, does not fear the dentist. I have heard they are a bit more expensive than other dentists, but thankfully we have good dental insurance. Even without, it is worth the difference you get with a pediatric dentist like Dr. Brent.

My kids LOVE coming here! In fact they beg me to bring them! All the hygienist are really friendly and patient. The dentists we have seen have all been wonderful and great with interacting with my children! I recommend them every chance I can! The waiting room even has retro video games for the kids to play, so my oldest is still talking about going just so he can wait for the littles to be treated ;)

The financial practice in this dental office is completely unethical. My daughter was supposed to have work done, 1 month in advance the dental plan was submitted to our insurance provider and I received the details of the amount insurance would cover and the amount I owed. We went into the office and had the dental work done as I was leaving I was told I needed to pay three times the amount that my dental insurance informed me that was my portion to cover. I asked the receptionist why I owed so much she answered “we did not hear back from Delta Dental regarding this work” i knew this could not be accurate but I needed to pay the sum right away anyway. As soon as I left the office, I called Delta dental and was immediately informed that my claim was updated and available for This clinic to access they just did not check and than lied about this fact and overcharged me. I immediately called the clinic and was given a back track response “we just did not have time to check on this claim” well than if they did not check the claim why did they proceed to overcharge me? I could have waited a few minutes for them to log in and check the accurate amount that I owed. Once I looked further into my account I realized they also full charged me for preventative dental cleanings that were 100% covered by delta dental but again were not submitted and I once again was overcharged. I was than told “ we can apply these overcharges to future work” I said no thank you, I will look for a clinic that practices ethical financials even though the Dentists at the clinic are wonderful but I cannot risk being scammed this way again this is very unethical practice.

Our 5 year old daughter has seen Dr. Amy at Children's Dental Care for the past year and a half. Dr. Amy and the rest of the staff are wonderful at making apprehensive little ones feel comfortable and even excited about a dental visit. All of the staff members are patient and take their time with each patient, whether they are answering a question for me as a parent or waiting the 5 minutes it takes my daughter to pick a treasure from the box!
