I have not doubts about Dr Morales as good Dr, but i believe they fail very bad about how they manage the patients appointments, i give a ride to Rosa Guzman, one of their patients, and we made our best to get on time, but they was extremely slow to send the patient to the Dr, i witness how one patient then came almost the same time then us, and he was in really pain, but passed 1 hr and 1/2, and he still at lobby, practicly screeming of pain, i dont understand that kind of service! I dont blame the ladies at fron desk, they was so nice but, Dr was so behind, what a waste of time!

I was at this clinic under Dr. Morales care from 2009- 2015/16 I was prescribed enough painkillers to kill an elephant with dirty ua's even. This man dies not honor the Hippocratic Oath he swore to when he took on this sacred responsibility. I know this oath is sacred and it is made clear in the oath that if the oath is honored, a man can enjoy great success and even fame. If the oath is dishonored, a man will suffer the oppisite. I pray all the people that are underhis care will find another provider. Infamy and ruin are close at the heels of his pride and arrogance. This clinic cant last much longer. Karma is real. Do yourself a favor and find a clinic whis doctor wont deny your medicatiob because of opioids in your ua, but give you an amount of monthly scripts that is rediculous when cocaine is positive in your ua. He doctors his records and is vendictive as hell if you can not afford to pay for the clinic anymore. He cuts people off without weening them and nothing you say to him is private. Horrible hypocrite. Horrible man

Since the first time I saw him, he was very dis-respectful. He wants everyone off of their meds! I have other health issues that he claims I don't have! He is ALWAYS an hour or more late, for every appt! I am shocked to see such good reviews here about him! I have met a lot of patients of his, that are very unhappy. Today will be my last appt. with his know it all attitude and his dis-respect! If only he cared enough to get me out of pain! He truly doesn't care! He just wants you back in a month to make more money. Do yourself a favor! Don't let him dictate to you!

DIANDRA and EVERY single staff member are first class, dedicated to excellence and friendly! They treat you with compassion, they're professional-yet personable! HR is brilliant in their interviewed selections and in staffing this clinic!! It feels like home! I'm probably 30 years older but Dr. DIANDRA feels like mom.

I chose to come to this clinic based on the Google reviews In January 2017. It was the best decision I have made regarding my health and continuing care necessary to facilitate a “normal” life. After having multiple spinal fusions, hand surgery, and now knee surgery, I have received nothing less than 5 star treatment. This is consistent from the front desk (Brittany you are a rock star) all the way to the back rooms. CNP Mark Stock has given me the tools, advice, and care I needed to live as pain free as possible. I have been able to return to steady work because of this, and the stability that has added to my life is incredible! Lisa his MA is so kind and warm. I never feel judged, or looked down upon, or mis-treated. Dr. Morales has taken time out of his personal life while being at my place of employment to talk to me about my care and experiences at the clinic. How many other people can say this about their health care? I should have written this long ago, it is most definitely overdue. I hope someone out here will read this, as I did a year ago and make the call. My insurance is accepted here, and when I didn’t have my copay one appointment, I was still able to see Mark and make the payment next visit. Thank you so much to everyone at Central Medical! JE

Dr Morales is a very personable doctor. I have found that previous doctors I've visited have not listened to what I was actually saying, but just bouncing me from medication to medication. And get this: He will actually CALL you on the phone!(something the doctors at my previous clinic would never do. I am very comfortable and confident seeing Dr Morales, even at the expense of a 3 hour drive!

I have been going to the clinic for about 3 years. The staff, Dr Morales and Mark Stock and Pam have always been very helpful. Even when I have gotten frustrated about different pain issues, they have always worked with me to make sure I'm taken care of. I have referred a couple of people.

From the 1st phone call the staff and Dr Morales were fantastic. They were able to get me in the same day. He was able to relieve my pain and make my quality of life better, which is something that another pain clinic, my primary and even my orthopedic specialist couldn't do. They listen to you and work with you, they don't just cram medications down your throat and send you on your way. I will and have refer anyone and everyone I know to Dr Morales.

Refused to take my insurance even though I am well insured. Didn’t even offer me the chance to pay out of pocket. Poor communication. I am extremely disappointed

For a year and a half I've been having pain in my right calf my previous pain clinic and my primary Dr sent me to have an ultrasound it showed nothing so they never did anything else about it well the pain progressed I told Dr Morales about it he sent me to have another ultrasound it turns out I have blocked arteries in my leg which are really bad but thanks to him we are getting it taken care of.... Dr Morales saved my leg I would have never known if it wasn't for him the other drs didn't care thankfully he did, he really does care about his patients, he listens to what you have to say. I've been to many pain clinics and I have to say he is the best I've seen and I would recommend him to everyone ..he's great.

Wait time can be over an hour. They are horrible about getting prior auths done. Bad enough where you are stuck with no meds for days at a time. Not good!! Theres a female PA, i would never go see again. Horrible bedside manner!!!! The dr. And othere PA's are great. I have a fabulous one. Thats why i stay. They seemed to have straightened out some admin stuff and maybe hired more people. Things have been improving. Ill change my rating if they keep this up.

I had the best experience with a nurse who really understood my situation just with that I slept better last night than I have in a long time and I don't even have my medicine yet. She really took a lot of stress off of me and without being judged unlike all the other Dr's. That was the best experience. If anyone is trying to find a Dr and staff that will listen and help you this is the clinic. I don't feel nervous anymore to go to the Dr's office and believe me I've been trying to find a clinic for 20 years that would help me and not treat me like I'm a drug seeker. I deal with chronic pain and migraines and thanks to the Dr and his wonderful staff I am feeling much better especially not being judged.

I have multiple sclerosis. That gives me terrible pain. And go to Central Medical Clinic once a month is part of my pain management routine. The doctors, the nurses, the support, and everyone in that office is extremely friendly. I always feel welcome to when I come in, I don't feel like a number or patient they just want to shuffle through, I truly feel like a person who does get respect from everyone and the clinic. I know there are closer clinics who take my insurance but Central Medical Clinic as me as a patient for life. Super relaxed atmosphere, super wonderful people, I will definitely go back.

I been seen doctor Moralas and mark stock For my pain and I would recommend this place to anybody they have helped me so much and even Help me get off medicine and now I'm on a pain stimulator which is awesome I really like that they care about thier patients

Great man with a great character. He treated me like I am normal even when I am deaf. My old doctor was one way street, writes too much rx, for Dr. Morales its a two way street will work with you to help you get better! 10/10 would recommend to family members
