I have had nothing but good experiences with all of the providers that we've seen here; HOWEVER, their wait times to get in for specialty care are ATROCIOUS!! I just called because my toddler has a rash on her leg that will NOT go away despite being seen in clinic 2 times already; and I was told there's a minimum 6-12 MONTH WAIT for Dermatology?! Ridiculous... so frustrated. Love the doctors and I strongly doubt it's their fault. The higher ups at Centracare need to get it together! I'm beginning to feel like since they have a monopoly on literally almost every place in town; they just don't care as much as they should (the big wigs, NOT the Doctors!)

Two months ago we arrived 6 minutes late for my sons appointment and were told we would need to reschedule because of our late arrival. My son has to take an entire day out of his programming and I have to take a day off work for these appointments so it was a big deal!!! But I understood and apologized for being late (we drove 52 miles from home for the appointment) and we rescheduled for 2 months later (that was the earliest appointment they had). Next appointment, we Arrived 30 minutes early, weren’t called back for an hour. Then waited another 27 minutes. Appointment time was 1:30 (arrive by 1:15 they said, we arrived at 12:50) - in a room at 1:52, therapist entered room at 2:18. 1 hour appointment was over at 2:31!!! In summation, as a patient for CentraCare your time means nothing, your concerns mean nothing, you mean nothing. The only time they actually take time to talk with you is discuss how you are going to pay your bill. Save yourself the trouble of visiting the monopoly that is CentraCare... Drive to the metro. It will be faster, cheaper, and you will get better care. Such a disappointment for our community.

BEYOND UPSET. Called in today to discuss billing and received such poor customer service, I am 100% blown away. I am not trained in the medical billing industry, so I do not always understand statements, especially when I see two statements for the same medical procedure with two different charges listed. So I called in just looking for verification on which bill statement is accurate or not and spoke to a woman who literally had the worst customer service EVER. I am in the customer service/retail industry and if I ever spoke to a customer with the tone and aggression this woman spoke to me, I wouldn't have a business. She was literally getting an aggressive tone with me, where I had to tell her that "I was not upset, just wanted clarification on the billing and that she did not need to get aggressive with me." .....I had to say this to the billing customer service gal!!! All I can say is BEWARE and GOD HELP YOU if you have to call in for an explanation and are lucky enough to speak to this woman. Apparently, there is no one else to speak to, because I had asked to speak to someone else and she said, "There is no one else to speak to." This woman needs to find a new career, because billing "customer service" is not her calling from the experience I just had with her. EDIT: 7.30.19 Just got off the phone with my insurance company... Apparently, CentraCare sent the same bill twice. That is why I was seeing two bills, not that 1) I was charged a late fee or 2) labs had to be added on to the bill that was zeroed out but needed to be shown. If the billing customer service gal just did not have an answer, I should have just been told that from the gecco. I should not have been told BS, just because she did not have an answer PLUS I should not have to put up with being spoken to so rudely.

Poor customer service, no return communication and has taken over a week to fill a prescription on two separate occasions. After stating just call we will fill, they now want me to come in, but I had to call them 3 times to get that information. They are not about the patient they are about collecting as much money as they can. I no longer will doctor there. Why spend money on poor care when thanks to my employer I can call a doc for free.

There's a nice cafe inside open until 4:30 if you get hungry. The plaza itself is very wide open, no one area could be cramped.

i took y boyfriend here today at 4:30 today it took them a while to get him to a room the nurse was nice the Dr. was nice the first time she came in to check him out . she orders some blood work and some the test on him. that was fine they put a i v in him took him down for test his nurse said after his tests she said that it was ok for him to go outside when they took the iv thing out. so we asked a few nurses well they were very rude to us . about 2 MN later the Dr. come in and says everything is OK the Dr. said we could go to the waiting room . and that she would get the paper work done as fast as she can.AT THIS POINT HIS ANXIETY WAS REALLY BAD, A FEW HOURS LATE ON HIS MEDS, THE Doctor CAME BACK TO HAND HIM THE PAPER WORK, AND AS SHE DID WE NOTICED THE SECRETARY ON FACEBOOK, SO WE COMMENTED ON THAT, AND THEN THE Doctor GRABBED HIS ARM? AND HE ASKED 3 TIMES TO REMOVE HER HANDS OFF OF HIM, UNTIL HE FINALLY JERKED HIS ARM AWAY FROM HER, THAT IS ASSAULT, this not Right the DR.S name iS, KRUK-CZAPIEWSKA MARIOLA ZOFIA MD. WE ARE FILING A COMPLAINT, THERE IS CAMERAS THERE,

Very helpful nurses and doctors that help with everything I need while I'm there only flaw is food is kinda pricey in the cafeteria. Plus other day was there and ended up having a epileptic seizure and a doctor and the security man stayed with me and brought me down stairs to the doctor E.R room and wasn't left alone at all till i was fully with it again couldn't ask for a better doctor's office or staff

I have had worked with Centracare for 5 years due to a Tramatic Brain Injury. They have been very dedicated to improving my quality of life. My Doctors really care and have gone far above what I expected. All the Therapists (Physical, and Occupational) have been amazing, professional and so compassionate .I was also able to attend a group for Chronic health issues/Tramatic Brain injuries. Thank you Centracare!

I wish that I could go zero, but the Dr. and his nurses are nice so maybe one star for that. The billing side of things is where the problems start. They are super expensive, trick you into getting too many overpriced labs, and expect you to visit them every 2 or 3 months. The billing department then gets really nasty after they sense your HSA has been depleted. They set unrealistic deadlines to pay them off or they will hold your credit rating hostage. What kind of bullcrap is that? Now they bought my clinic. I guess I am finding a new doctor to escape this dishonest healthcare provider.

Place is huge and so many buildings and locations, so easy to get lost or not know which doctor office to go to because they have so many and don’t have a good way of knowing which office is which or where to go. I haven’t seen my doctor because I can’t even find her in the providers list and can’t find her location and don’t know who to call to make the appointment, I suffer from bad kidney stones and have no help from anyone while I am in pain, to get to appointments or help with the insanity that this place makes you go through just to know which number to call to even make an appointment. I am soon about to give up on finding my doctor, and just get a new one.

I love it here! Once I went through one doctor and found one that actually cares I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences. From front check in to everyone in lab to the doctors nurses and doctors themselves. Also everyone in peds is amazing and very friendly!!!

Worst doctors offices I have ever been to in my life. The entire clinic that I've been through is a joke. If your planning on going here. Don't. They treat you like garbage there. I just left and I'm irate over the way they treated me and I hope that they don't treat others the way they did myself. Every single time I've been in there it was a joke but today crossed the line. I'm finding a new clinic, so should you. A little side note, doctors love to belittle you there like they're so much smarter than you and talk to you like your a child. The place didn't take my health seriously at all. And I'm very serious about it.

Went in with my future mother in law and the nurse didn't care about her red sore arm, puffy painful. We asked for a pillow and never got it. She pulled on her arm and the tossed it on her lap and that hurt her. We been here for an hour. It was a Muslim nurse. Pls the nurse wasn't paying attention to her stuff and all the needles and stuff landed on me and floor.
