Called for an appointment and was told someone would call me back. This happened days ago and no one has gotten ahold of me. Terrible place.

The office staff are not very welcoming, even over the phone. I received mental health care during my pregnancy, but once I gave birth the only available appointments for medication adjustment were 2-3 months out, which is obviously not ideal. I spoke with a head nurse about the run around I'd been given, she recommended a specific provider, who told me to message her with 'any questions or changes' and now she's messaging me back telling me to go somewhere else. So, great pregnancy care IF you get a good doctor, but not a great office overall.

I was seen regarding an infection and prescribed a medication. I was told if it seemed to quit being effective to call, as there are a number of others that could be prescribed. I called , stating the med didn’t seem to be effective any more. I was told someone would get back to me that day. It’s now been two days with no call. Ridiculous! What kind of patient care is this?

I have loved my experience here so far with my pregnancy! It’s always been easy to schedule an appointment. They were able to catch a problem that we had no idea was even happening and got me the appropriate care quickly and efficiently and has prolonged my pregnancy! The follow up from that has been efficient with the high risk pregnancy. I have always been treated with respect and they all listen to my questions and give me straight answers but also are very calming when I can feel overwhelmed! Highly recommend!

I have been going to Centracare OB and womens clinic for my prenatal care and have been very unhappy with the services I have received. Everything from scheduling an appointment to meeting with the doctors has been a huge let down. They treat you like cattle, they wouldn't even see me until I was 10 weeks along at which time they informed me of what I should have been doing for the last 10 weeks, as a first time mother I found this to be very disappointing. I would have liked to know what I was supposed to be doing before the most vital part of my pregnancy was over. I have left every appointment with more questions than answers, along with a generally "bad" feeling. I have decided not to continue my care here. I will never recommend this clinic to any one I know.

Does nobody care about patients here or anybody at all... I moved to st.cloud I’m 30 weeks pregnant no ob and nobody will call me back I’ve called many times for an appointment and it’s like none of them care about anything I wish I knew where else to go for ob care but I just moved here thank you CentraCare for being so careless and rude

We are new to the area and state. Recently having a newborn, we quickly found out that many of the pediatric doctors are not taking new clients. This is frusturating for us as new parents to not have a choice. That aside, we are happy with our doctor and are able to be seen when we need and paperwork that we need filled out for baby classes is always turned-around quickly. Being the only, significant game in town; they do a good job.
