This clinic used to be really good - from receptionist to nurses to doctors. But this time when I contacted them a year later since the last visit.... (I've been with them since 2014, and this clinic had been really nice) 1. Nurses are not that friendly. They sound irritated by my questions and I could not ask all questions I had to them. We pay so much money to go through cycles so we want to know what we're going to do, correct? But I could not ask questions to nurses comfortably at all. 2. The person who called me for scheduling. This lady called me several times to schedule some stuff prior to the cycle. She doesn't sound friendly AT ALL, and she got grumpy voice. She even doesn't know where to transfer me when I ask to transfer me to the Nurse line. I asked her to do it 2 times, and both times she transferred me to someone's mail box which asks me to enter the mailbox number. What is wrong with her??? I wonder what happened to this clinic... it used to have friendly receptionists and friendly nurses, but by talking them this time, I have an impression that atmosphere of this place is becoming bad.

Terrible policy and bedside manner. My husband and I felt like they were trying to sell us a used car instead of talking about options for fertility. We didnt feel like we had choices or an option, and spent more time in the office with the "financial coordinator" than we did with the nurse or DR. And she made jokes about people bringing in literal bags of cash to pay for their treatments. Like it was a funny and normal thing for people to sell all their posessions just to be able to afford their treatment. They also require all money upfront with no exceptions, and refuse to bill insurance. Completely rediculous and made me feel sad and discouraged instead of hopeful.

We transferred to CRM from another clinic and were so glad we did. Dr. Lebovic has been fantastic to work with - very attentive, kind, and encouraging. Communication has been excellent from the doctors and staff.

CRM appeared good at first. My husband and I were thoroughly tested to try uncover the underlying fertility issues. After that part was completed and treatment began I never saw my doctor, Dr. Jaffe, and my treatment appeared routine and like a blanket treatment for everyone. I was never checked in on after a failed iui and consulted with for the next plan of action or an aggressive next step but was just ordered to do the same thing the first time around. We paid for something in full once when the insurance covered it completely and then was given a hard time to get reimbursed. I finally decided to switch doctors and requested my records. Come to find out after reading my records my doctor has indicated things in my file that we did as treatment that we NEVER did. So she's obviously got too many patients that she is confusing them or not keeping up with proper notes. What topped everything off was that about a month after requesting my records I get a bill in the mail now for somethimg else entirely different that again wasn't done with me during my treatment with them. In trying to get a hold of someone in billing was another headache because no one ever answered my phone call or returned my call. It took three weeks before I got a person on the phone that just told me they will look into and call me back. I truly hope they rectify this because if not, to me that looks like insurance fraud. So disappointed with CRM. I'm happy I switched doctors where I feel like I'm getting my individualized care.

My husband and I got referred here for an IUI over the weekend since the clinic I go to, is closed during the weekend. The area is nice and clean. I was skeptical of this place after looking at reviews but it went really well. Nurse technician was awesome (I forgot her name) she made us really comfortable and talked about the whole process thoroughly with checking our names and date of birth just to make sure it was us. Plus how she did the procedure was pain free, it actually was so smooth compared to my first IUI which was painful! I did an IUI the first time at my current clinic and they don’t tell us anything so it was nice that this clinic actually let you know your results. So far so good.

They just want money ... they have to many patients my doctor came out to the waiting room called out a patients name and he thought it was me I corrected him and re told him my name at this point I had already seen him about 3 times at that moment I knew I was at the wrong clinic.

I couldn’t thank Dr. kuneck and his team enough. Although things didn’t go as planned they were phenomenal, they return my calls and answer my questions at a timely matter. Dr. Kuneck was out during my retrieval and Dr. Lebovic took care of me. He was amazing, very honest and straight forward. This was one of the hardest and emotional journey for me and my partner. Thank you Center for Reproductive. Stay positive!

Very helpful and supportive staff. We now have a healthy, vibrant 2 year old boy. We did the 3 round ivf package (attain program) and were successful on round #2. Thanks again CRM. Edit March 2018: I can understand why some folks are frustrated. Infertility is the most stressful thing that can happen to anyone. I feel terrible for folks who were not successful. We have been there and it hurts like nothing else. We had one goal only, deliver a healthy baby. That was accomplished. Hence the 5 star rating.

My wife and I started going here about 3 or 4 months ago. When we first started going there it seemed like they genuinely cared about us and our want to have a child. But soon after their whole attitude changed. My wife would go in for bloodwork and they wouldn't call back with the results and then when she would they'd put her on hold several times and even once couldn't find the results! We'd ask the doctors all these questions and the answers always.... "well, we'll have to wait and see and we'll know more later." Then, they call her telling her on a Frdiay right before they close and leave a message saying she might have an ectopic pregnancy and so if she feels pain she should go to the ER...nothing else like come in Monday or you can reach a nurse/doctor at this number. As I said it seems as though all they cared about was getting as much money out of us as they could without actually having to treat us. There are other reproductive clinics in the city that would be much better options. Stay away from this place!

I came here one time for a referral, and it turned me off enough for my husband and I to consider other--ANY OTHER--fertility methods. I felt like I simply another person to be ushered through their process, given stacks of paper to sign off on, set up a payment plan, and all for no guarantee of anything at the end of it all. I suppose I've held onto the sentimental aspects of fertility, but this place strips any emotion or sentiment out of the process. It's a hollow, sterile environment where I didn't feel like anyone truly cared about me or my history. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind, but that's about the extent of any positivity I picked up here.

Dr. Hopeman and all of the nurses are amazing! Dr. Hopeman understood my PCOS immediately and developed a plan that worked on the first run through! I am still amazed! Every nurse and employee I met was kind and very helpful. It required a lot of appointments, but they knew exactly what to do and I felt confident and informed throughout the process. Cannot thank everyone at CRM enough! Would definitely go back and recommend to everyone!

The doctor and nurse staff are wonderful and make you feel so comfortable. Their front office staff and scheduling staff, however, all have the personalities of a wet mop and are very short in tone. For a business that deals with such a sensitive issue- and being that the front office staff is the first impression- I would expect a lot more compassion and friendliness.

Leonid Karachenets

Very unprofessional staff , they will advice you bunch of things to do knowing that you won't get any luck with ,and will take as much money out of you as they can untill you don't have any left, and then they'll just kick you out! They did a difficult procedure to my wife ,that is involving a camera , so they forgot to turn on the camera ,and had to run the procedure twice (so that end up causing other damages to her , which we found later at different clinic investigation ) ,and much more unprofessional procedures . Stay Away !!!

I honestly would want to give it less than a star. Reviews are everything to me so I'm leaving my negative experience. I always have had trouble coming to this location. I would have to say the problem lies in care being delivered during the weekend hours, and most of the nurses working during the weekend aren't compassionate. I felt rushed after seeing this 1 nurse, she had confusing bed side manners, and was NOT updated about my blood work before they closed. I've switched care facilities due to the lack of communication this location has, and have been so much happier. If you're looking for a passionate, caring facility to help you achieve pregnancy, don't waste your time!

The clinic is working in the capacity as a satellite clinic as we're treating with a clinic overseas. CRM is supposed to be able to receive our overseas physician's prescription (which are in English) and send them to the pharmacy here for those medications we take prior to travel and treatment. Twice now these have been wrong, and in this recent mistake, the medication was purchased and brought home before their error was found. Avoid if you can.

Yes, dealing with infertility can be very stressful and no, we don't expect our medical provider to hold our hands through all of the emotions. But we do expect to be treated with professionalism, an openness to questions that enables us to receive medical advice in a way that keeps us informed of our health, and some minimal level of respect as a human being as opposed to being treated as a number. While CRM is competent technically and may be able to help you, they fall short of these standards. Our first and only meeting with the doctor was great. All following visits were with a nurse, some of whom are good, but most of whom speak too quickly for us to understand clearly and give the impression that questions are unwelcome. The outmoded, entirely phone-based communications system also makes it difficult to ask questions; never was our call answered, so we'd end up playing phone tag, receiving a partial answer to our question by voice mail and having to decide if it was worth annoying them with a follow-up call. With that said, they did successfully help us to become pregnant, which is of course what we care about more than anything else. Unfortunately, spotting and cramping started. We called and received a voice mail back saying to call again if the bleeding became heavier, as that would be a more-serious sign. We didn't know what "serious" meant and, again, didn't feel welcome to ask whether it meant "likely miscarriage but nothing can be done" or "likely miscarriage and steps can be taken urgently to mitigate the risk" or at what point it would become "your health is in danger; go to the ER". Well, on a Saturday at 9pm the bleeding became heavy, so we did what we were told and called; we explained the situation to the operator, who then made the decision to page Dr. Casey. Never before have we been spoken to by a doctor in such an unabashedly annoyed and condescending manner. Here my wife was crying, worried she's going to lose another baby or worse, seeking medical advice, and now she had to deal with being talked down to for wasting her doctor's time. Setting aside the lack of basic decency, we still were not informed of how to recognize the severity of the situation (in contrast, upon contacting another clinic, without asking we were immediately told how much bleeding would constitute an emergency). Had the situation worsened, we would have hesitated to seek medical care, not wanting to be scolded for overreacting. You should think of CRM as a business capable of conducting a transaction, not as doctors committed to some higher professional purpose.

If you have read the other negative reviews, ditto everything. In addition, if you move and have your embryos frozen there, but prepared for a stressful battle. Because of them not returning calls and not sending my medical file to my new clinic in St. Louis, we have had to postpone our frozen IVF cycle. They need to get their act together. They were the same when we were patients there. I really want to give them 3 stars (because we had a successful IVF cycle with them), but I just can't. Our doctor couldn't even manage to tell us the gender of our embryo correctly after transferring it. We thought we were having a girl until our first regular ultra sound that could confirm the gender...seriously. And early on when my husband and I did our genetic testing, our doctor got in my face because my husband didn't want to review his results if there weren't any major red flags. In THE MOST condescending voice, she said Well, maybe he doesn't understand. I can explain to him how genetics work" I informed her that my husband has a PhD in GENETICS, so I think he gets it. If you choose to go here, just know you will rarely be able to get in touch with anyone, and at every visit they will not be able to answer your questions because you chart is paper...not on a computer at all. So weird.

Most insensitive clinic ever.

I'm really upset with this clinic. We were so excited to go. We got approached at our first appt but a very rude receptionist. Figured that's ok, she is having a bad day. Then we met with the Dr. He was amazing! Loved the Dr. Go and have our labs drawn. The technician cant find my vein after the needle is in my arm. So she needs to stick me again in the other arm. Fast forward to 2 days later. Got a vm that they ran the wrong test on my husband in error and it came back abnormal. So we called back and left a voicemail. Got a call back the next day and got the test results. Lady was really nice, thought we were on the right track. One hour later got a call back from a different nurse. She was so incredibly rude and didnt understand why she was calling me. Then proceeded to tell me that they were a reproductive endocrinologist, then asked me what made me think that they would need to treat my husband. I asked her for a referral. She proceeded to tell me that they were a month out. Ok fine. Asked for the phone number. She placed me on hold and provided the phone number and had a bit of a attitude. Now I'm just getting more and more irritated. The dr called me the next day and went over everything with me. Experience was a little bit after that. I honestly, dont know if I will go back. I follow a 3 strike your out rule and they hit 3 strikes within my first 3 experiences with them. The stars in this review are for the dr and the experience I had with him.

This is a review that I should have written a long time ago. I read some of the other reviews and felt the need to post. My husband and I worked with CRM, specifically Dr. Kuneck. We selected a donor back in Jun 2007 and started the process. I was 45 years old and recently married. Sept 2007 we had transfer #1 that did not take. Transfer #2 in November was frozen and also did not take. Dr. Kuneck sat down with us and ran through all the numbers. He said he normally did not recommend this but in our case, he made an exception and recommended we move to a different donor for our last try. March 2008 was our 3rd and final try. Out of 4 embryos, two looked good so both were transferred. In November 2008, at the age of 46, I gave birth to boy/girl twins. They were both 7 lbs each. I had no complications during pregnancy, felt great and the babies did not spend any time in the NICU. Everyone's journey is personal but I am very thankful for CRM for helping us to achieve and carry this pregnancy. I also believe that the six months of two times a week acupuncture is what made my body ready and my immune system strong (Eastern medicine says fertility is in the kidneys (which is your immune system)).

Dr Campbell and his team are amazing! I came to them for fertility preservation after being diagnosed with cancer. They were very understanding and sympathetic. Highly recommend!

They made our dreams come true!! Super friendly and supportive.

As I am writing this review I am sitting with my baby girl. This time last year we decided to do IVF and because of 60% (or so) average sucess rates (this clinic is actually higher than the average) we decided to do the Attain program. It worked the first time! My pregnancy went smooth as can be. Dr. Campbell was our doctor and was wonderful and funny! Since the doctors worked with a team I also saw Kuneck and Damario for the retrieval and implantation. I also talked to Damario one night on the help line when I had a question about my HCG shot. He called back promptly and settled my nerves. I would recommend this clinic.
