Does this look hygienic to you? Dirt and general messiness is not always a good sign Images taken by patient Julia Kalinina from inside the clinic reveal the astonishingly poor and unsanitary conditions. This includes a taped-up chair, a toilet without a seat, dirty and broken surfaces and floors and dental tools, which Julia explains "are probably older than me'". Astonished by what she had seen, she documented her visit by taking pictures of the surgery - with the dentists' permission. I recommend to the people get run away from this clinic please.

Great doctor, some nice nurses, but the rest of the place is terrible. Never answers phone calls, rarely gets the orders out, never never gives you results of tests and since they also never answer phone messages, you have to make another appointment to get the results of tests. I had to come in several times to get a shot the doctor ordered because every time I came in they'd say come back on Monday and we'll have the order and when I came back, no order. One time I went in having chest pains and they said earliest opening was in two weeks. I asked where I could go for immediate help cause I was having chest pains and they had no suggestions. I had to give up my wonderful doctor cause I was afraid his office management would eventually be the death of me.

Strauman Chiropractic has had the opportunity to visit Cedar Riverside People's Center on many occasions, and has had the opportunity to get to know a doctor or two, and many of the staff. The clinic is diverse, and their staff is very kind and welcoming. They genuinely go out of their way to make sure that the patients feel comfortable when they arrive.

While it was somewhat difficult for me to get into the dental facility for my actual first appointment, I don’t blame that on the organization itself, especially after the staff went to great lengths to accommodate my schedule thereafter. Dr. Dawa did a wonderful job taking care of my routine dental needs. A smart, compassionate, and highly-competent physician, Dr. Dawa even identified some problem areas that prior, for-profit dentists had missed. As someone with a deep background in public health, I appreciate the important role public health clinics play in our local communities. Peoples’ Center, while not perfect, is a quality and affordable alternative for working people looking for equitable treatment in healthcare.

Their dental clinic address is different than here. I had appointment in the morning, went there and then the receptionist told me it was a wrong address. I went to the right address and asked the receptionist if the dental address is different than the actual clinic, then either you should give the right address to patients or mention it in the website. It took me a long time to get to the right place and then they told me it was too late for appointment and missed it. The receptionist hesitantly said sorry. Asked me for appointment for next time, and I was like, No thank you.

Call to make an appointment, the person on the phone I could barely hear, I asked about a sliding fee scale and I was told just to come in and they would see what they can do..hung up on me before I could ask a few questions. So icalled back to cancel the appointment and was told " fine bye". Honestly what kinda people do you have working there?

I have found the clinic to be very special for me. The staff are considerate and listen well. I am just beginning to utilize more of the services the Peoples Center offers, by attending their wellness sessions upstairs. Thank you for all you do~

Worst place ever. I miss TAMS SOOO much. they have all theses people working here and are no help at all they dont tranfer you to the right place and they never do there job. why spend money to keep this place standing?

This is an excellent, caring, compassionate Clinic that is dedicated to improving the lives of those in the surrounding community. Dr. Kay Maust is an excellent primary care physician, and I recommend her very highly if you're serious about looking for a doctor who truly cares about your physical and mental well-being. Beyond offering primary care physicians, they also offer case-management, counseling with licensed therapists, and also have their own dietitians and psychiatrists. So it's an excellent place to get care for not just the body, but the mind as well. They also have Fitness / Wellness classes that change on an ongoing basis. Past (or possibly current) offerings have included trauma-informed yoga, for example. I'm probably leaving out some of the services they offer, because they offer so much to benefit the lives of those in the surrounding community.

we went to see Dr Uno and she asked if my mom was talking my Ativan and. Denied that any of my new medication was making me overweight we looked it up and one of my medication she prescribed is. Making my over wait basically she was making fun of my belief about the supernatural and Paranormal we as Native Americans. Believe in the supernatural and and so do Hmong culture saying we should not be using marijuana in our culture we believe that yes there is a supernatural. And she did not respect that said it was all paranoid. We native Americans and Hmongs believe some of these drugs are not good for us because we cannot fight what ever is happening to us in the spiritual. We believe in supernatural and Hmongs ism she asked leading questions. I feel hurt. Upset. My mom doesn't want to see her again and the doctor's should of been looking At health problems like liver disease.

Nurses and doctors are empathic, knowledgeable and caring. It's like they went into the medical field because they *want* to help people(?!?) Front desk and phone staff are a little less than friendly, but they get the job done. Wish I started going here years ago.

Worst place to take your lovely family. Poorly trained staff. They don't answer phone services and if they do, they will hang up on you. DON'T EVER GO THERE.

The worst front desk staff that I've had to deal with. They are very rude, spends lots of time laughing and talking with each other and are very disrespectful to American people. They don't answer the phones or put you on hold and never get back to you. They all need to be fired! The doctors on the other hand are fabulous! Some of the nurses can be rude but the second your doctor walks in you you forget about the nurses being rude. I know that my doctors really, really cares about the me and makes sure that my medical needs are well addressed before I leave. I will know longer put up with the front desk disrespectfulness! I am sick and tired of them and will call the state or who ever I need to call to make a report.
