Dr. Mendiola meets and exceeds the standards of care. She is the best doctor I have ever had, one of a very small handful of providers who truly invests themselves in listening to her patients. Because of her, I finally got answers to life long health challenges AND have had support to keep my symptoms managed. I will say that she runs behind often, I go into her appts with this awareness and open expectation. I know if she is running behind it is because she is taking the time to LISTEN to other patients and give them the same consistent quality attention to their needs. Mendiola has been a godsend, her knowledge is extensive, she is also very GLBTQ + friendly and sex positive. Positively adore her. The CMA, Katie and Nurse, Verna that work along side her are also equally amazing.

I went to the clinic for a yearly exam and went with a different provider than I usually see there. I had no issues with the nurse, she said Dr. Deets would be in in a few minutes as they had just been finishing with another patient. After 25 minutes I went up front and told the receptionists I hadn't heard anything. After 40 minutes I left. I would give this clinic a 1 star, but Dr. Traut (my usual provider) is amazing. Follow up... Dr. Traut no longer works there so I changed to a 1 star review.

I don't wanna give them any points at all. Too disappointed.... very disappointed. They don't care about patients, the only thing they do care is MONEY. Recently, I moved to Minnesota from California and went there for annual physical exam. SInce I am a new patient , I show my previous physical exam records and discussed some medical history with physician. They double charged on my visit, one is "Preventive Visit New" for $375, another is" Office/ Outpt Visit" for $275 on the same visit. Just because I discussed my previous medical history with physician, then charged me for " Office/ Outpt Visit" !! Allina Health is so greedy.....

Disappointed. Very disappointed. The doctor I saw was very cold and unprofessional. She does the opposite of what she claimed on her profile. In her profile she stated she listens to her patients and make good choice together to care for her patients. She didn't do any of that.

Facility is nice but Im very irritated with scheduling. I made an appointment for my son via mychart, called in to make a request - long story short Megan with scheduling ended up canceling my original appointment and rescheduling for a completely different time. I never requested for a different time or change in my sons appoint. I only found out after I checked mychart later that night...of course my original appointment slot was taken by then and nothing was open anymore! This isnt the first time scheduling has gone wrong with Allina. Allina, please train your representatives more competently. Mistakes happen, but these things have happened too often.

This is the best clinic I have ever been to! They are compassionate, caring and best of all close. I especially like Jane who always makes me feel comfortable and I do not like going to the Dr! I currently see Dr. Cheryl Deets and Dr. Mounaf Alsamman and the time they spend with me and listen to my concerns is amazing. I feel thankful to have a health care team looking out for me and my kiddos.

I am SO impressed with this clinic. The environment is calm and clean. I am usually in and out of my appointment with in 30 minutes. The staff from the front desk, to the nurses, providers, lab, etc have been consistently professional efficient and friendly. Glad to have this office for my home clinic.

Bad service. Sweet upfront. Bad behind. Not supportive. No point establishing care if Dr. don't believe their clients or be supportive. This clinics doctors are not good for long term establishment for clients and doctors relationship. Doctors acted too arrogant. Smirk and laugh at clients. :(
