This physician should no longer be practicing medicine. He spends no time with the patient, barely does a physical exam, and can't see, which is a requirement to be a dermatologist. He has missed numerous serious diagnosis including melanomas. His primary concern is to push as many patients through the clinic to generate as much revenue as possible for the department. If you have ever been misdiagnosed and it has caused you harm, I suggest you seek a lawyer. The fact that he is still able to practice medicine is malpractice itself.
