I have very little experience with the medical system, so I needed a lot of help when I was trying to find a new general practice doctor that my insurance covers. I tried calling to make an appointment and the lady at Sparrow was extremely unhelpful and gave me very vague instructions on how to give them my medical records. She became obviously annoyed when I asked her to clarify. Also, the closest open date was two months away. I ended up calling South Side Medical Center and after a five minute phone call they solved all my problems and had an appointment for me in two day.

I have always had a good experience with the doctors from this office, however the admin staff are absolutely worthless!! If you need a referral for any reason... good luck! You will have to babysit them everyday, and here I am almost 4 weeks since my visit, and still no referral provided. The worst part, I am pending a 2 level fusion on L4 & L5, and each day is more pain. Thanks sparrow, for your inability to take care of your patients.

Doctors were fine. The clinic itself is a problem - Most of the staff that aren't doctors were either incompetent or careless. They have a habit of sending letters regarding patient appointment changes close to the date it was scheduled. Atop of their bad service, their receptionists treat people with no respect and disregards patient needs for more information. This center gives Sparrow a bad name. Never will I recommend this clinic to anyone I know.

A condition was left untreated and got worse while you were sending me to the wrong specialists and, you, being a medical professional team, knew better! People would say, " If I noticed something wrong I would go see a doctor right away.". I DID! I begged and begged to be heard!!! You made me look like trash to the world! You mocked and ridiculed me in the medical reports, OH BE HONEST FOR ONCE!!! You discriminate too! Nothing worked for my advanced condition anymore! You offered to send help after a doctor somewhere else finally confirmed that I WAS CORRECT! How dare you disrespect your patient the way you did me! I never had much of a life again! Sending some ignorant person to talk down to me isn't exactly help! DISGUSTED, Sheila A Stutz.
