I have being a satisfied patient of this practice since it opened. YES, they are crazy booked up. Why? Because Dr. Mohney and his staff are thorough, knowledgeable and up-dated with tech. As a redhead, I have much sun damage and their treatments on suspicious pre-cancers have undoubtedly saved my life, with at least 4 that turned up basal cell. They treat me like a person and tolerate my sense of humor. Joe from Oshtemo.

They refuse to bill insurance. Not sure why, every single time I have been there they ask for my card, but I am always sent an invoice for the full amount saying they have billed my insurance, which they haven't. This is irritating considering how many people work there and how they push for your insurance information.

The Staff here are utter a**holes! I should have read the reviews first before attempting to make an appointment. I called the 1st time & wasn't helped at all as a potential new patient. I called back after verifying my insurance coverage & was hung up on. Called back because I really needed to get in for the services I was looking for...went through all the pre registration info was than told "oh sorry we don't do those services here" when the service is clearly stated on their website. Only given a One star because I had to. Two thumbs down.....and the receptionists name was Ashley....had to repeat everything multiple times due to the fact that she acted as if she could not hear me correctly...maybe she was really that deaf and dumb....don't know I hate to judge without knowing for sure.

Had a great experience here! The medical assistant Joanna was very professional but also put me at ease. The PA Stephanie Sabater-Geib was so nice. It was my first time at the dermatologist and I had to have a biopsy and felt very faint. She helped me lie down, got me some water, and gave me a few minutes. Will be coming back.

Very unresponsive. They take forever to return your call, and, when they do, they are rude, curt, and unhelpful. They are not concerned with customer service at all.

I called prior to leaving for a vacation in the Bahamas, I get severe sun poison on vacation, to the point of ruining a vacation, was treated rudely, was told I could not make an appointment until she spoke with my doctor, never got a call back and broke out in a severe case of sun poisoning... Office staff is TERRIBLE.

I just left this office with my daughter & had to write a positive review after all these negative reviews. This was our 1st time here & the greeter was friendly, the check in kiosk was a breeze, the check in nurse was friendly & Stephanie, the PA was great! Everyone had good attitudes and on a cruddy, rainy Monday morning. Ugh! Stephanie was informative & really welcoming. I would highly recommend this office!

Be aware to deal with the most unprofessional and rude customer service starting and mainly with their receptionist!! Thats when and if you get to speak to them! I definitely will not recommend their doctors either..hope this helps anyone who reads this.

I agree it is very difficult to schedule an appointment. The office is clean. Staff very friendly. Dr Jessica Liggett very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend her and SW Dermatology.

Dr. Mohney removed two areas of skin cancer on my husband's forehead and temple and he barely left a scar! He's awesome and so is everyone else in this office.

I've been here twice over the span of two years and the doctor who saw me both times is very good. She is thorough, well-mannered, and very attentive. The lobby has a new type of e-check-in that allows you to bypass all of the insane paperwork that we're all used to. Procedure was quick and easy. Follow-up was also great.

I don't usually write reviews, BUT... I might as well try to save some locals a tension headache. The staff here are AWEFUL!!!!! If you have any concerns do not ask to speak to the office manager. If they let you speak with her, she'll be VERY RUDE and Unprofessional. I have never come across a "professional'" with such disdain and disrespectfulness. Her behavior has clearly gone unchecked sooo long that she simply feels invincible. Overall, it is unfortunate that a medical facility would treat their constituents in such a manner. Be ware!!!!!

I just called to schedule an appointment. Today is JULY 22 2016. Their FIRST available appointment is DECEMBER 2016, possibly JANUARY 2017. are you kidding me ?? I even said that to the receptionist, "that is ridiculous, you do realize it's JULY?" she acted like I was the one that was crazy. However, "hinted" that my primary physician could call and talk to one of their doctor's, like that would possibly get me in sooner. I think this is a disgrace and totally unethical way to practice medicine.
