I had a stiff and sore neck and shoulders so scheduled a visit. By the time of the visit I was on the mend. The doctor checked me out, looked at the x-rays and decided I did not need therapy. All was well.

Clean and neat organized waiting area and rooms. I arrived early for my appointment as a new patient and was seen on time. My consultation with the physician was thorough and she was exceptionally friendly and kind. It was easy to make a decision about how to treat the issues I was having and had two moles removed. I was in and out in under 45 minutes! This is where I’ll be going for all future issues and I’m sending my husband here next!

Every time i come here i wait for about an hour at minimum. I also had one of the rudest experiences ever at a medical office with one of the nurses. Gonna find a new derm. Unacceptable to spend 2 hours just for them to tell me “keep doing what you’re doing”

As busy as this office is, patients usually have only a short wait time before being seen. Lots of attentive staff, Doctor zips in and out - but always asks if you have any questions, and will answer them. The PA is also knowledgeable and experienced. Easy check-out process before exiting makes each visit pleasant and satisfying.

I started going to Dr. Bryd two years ago and I will never go back. This office does not even deserve one-star, it deserves negative stars. Every single time I have gone to see Dr. Bryd, I have waited over 45 minutes, most of the time closer to an hour, just to be seen for less than five minutes. Then the worse experience comes when I receive by bill. The billing department is absolutely horrible at this office. Each time they bill me, I get the same bill at least three to four times, after paying the bill the first time I get it. To put the cherry on top, the billing department ALWAYS bills me the wrong amount. They overcharge me and every single time, I have to call my insurance company (wait on the phone to be helped over something that should not be happening on a frequent basis,) because the not so smart people working at this billing department, do not know how to enter the correct amount, nor the correct information. I don't even try calling the billing department anymore because they never answer and when I have tried leaving voicemails, they didn't return my call until after a week, or two, or they have simply forgotten to call me back. I started to go to a different dermatologist where I do not wait more than 20 minutes, and where I get the correct amount billed to me. Please, do not waste your time, energy or money at this horrendous place.

I have always put up with the extremely rude staff and always late appointments because of the excellent medical care I've received, but after being a patient for over 20 years, I was recently treated as a "new patient" because it had been a couple years since my last visit. I don't have a problem completing paperwork again, but I was expected to wait several months for an appointment with all the other new patients to see a doctor I've been seeing for two decades. I'll be finding a new practice. It seems that they've gotten too big for their britches.

Be prepared to wait and wait. I read four magazines, answered all of my email while waiting. Once in the examining room, I was rushed through the exam. All of this was as an appt to see the PA, not even a doctor. I have been a patient for 30 years and now am looking for a new dermatologist.
