I've been a patient here for almost one year. All of the staff is super friendly but each time I come, I've been put with the PA... evening when requesting the doctor.

Ive been going here for a few years now I normally see Melissa the P.A and I always have a good experience I’m always able to ask those embarrassing questions without feeling weird or judged. Ive also seen Dr.M a couple of times and she is just as great. The staff is amazing also.

I saw the PA Rae, not the doctor here, since she's not available for four months for new patients. She was absolutely disinterested with pursuing the problem further. Basically brushed things off as either "that's just what bodies do," even though there's been a marked difference in how my body handled something for the past few years vs now, or "probably not gynecologically related," because the pain was severe enough to not be entirely centralized in the lower abdomen. Was really condescending about the fact that I'd tried to read on similar experiences and the drug information for what I'd been prescribed. Of course I'm not relying on the internet to tell me what's wrong, I just needed to know what questions I should ask. I pressed for getting any other kind of examinations or tests done, got shut-out of that. Something isn't right, and I can feel it. I never had reactions like this. Something's changed. Don't go to her if you're expecting to have your problem treated as seriously as you know it is. One extra star because the lady at the desk was super nice.

I have been seeing Dr. Matoian for a v long time and love her but i had a v bad experience last time. Had to see Melissa Rae PA because of emergency and had worst experience of my life. She was v disrespectful and made me cry . On top she couldn't even diagnose my condition.
