Staff is fast and friendly. Dr. Miller is always there with answers as we need them.

Tacarra Evans

Absolutely love my children being treated here, however the receptionist are VERY rude and unfriendly!

Andy Mikkelson

Dr. Nicles has been nothing but fantastic! Excellent manner, great with my son, and very thorough care. Always answers any questions my wife and I have. I took one star off and sometimes I believe scheduling is a bit tight and causes providers to run behind from time to time.

We've been with Port City for almost 16 years, both our girls see Dr. Nicles and we have been nothing but pleased. A few times the wait time was excessive, but I take it as a matter of course. The last time we went in he spent quite a bit of extra time with us, which was very needed and I was grateful. I knew the time he spent was putting others behind. He doesn't skimp on the time he needs to take with patients sometimes. Personally, that's a feature I can appreciate and understand why sometimes the wait is long. I'd rather wait a little longer to see a doctor who takes my kids health seriously, than a doctor who's on a rotating 10 minute visit no matter what. My kids health is worth a half hour more for that kind of attention.

I love Dr. Miller. He is amazing. He does very well with my Autistic child. He has done a lot to help my ADHD/Asthmatic/Allergy kiddo as well. I am so glad we found him. I recommend him to everyone. My only issue is PCP will not allow a family to see more than one doctor. My eldest daughter wants a female doctor. Port City Pediatrics told me that they would not allow that. Everyone would need to see the same doctor. I'm sad that patient comfort/feelings is not taken into account in regards to this.

We bring both of our children here. It is a great office, well run. We see Dr. Pallante, who is excellent.

Pam Decamp

I am giving three stars as Dr. Nicles is very good and has a great bedside manner. Unfortunetly the wait time to see him the past 10 times has been a hour or more. This is with a scheduled appointment that had been planned months in advance. He is sorry usually and says lately they are giving more psychology appointments his way. It's obvious they try and fit way too many appointments at once leaving patients and their parents frustrated by such long wait times.

Stephanie Smith

Doctor was great but so under impressed with how they manage times. I have a baby...when you give me a time I expect no more than a 10-20min wait max! Nope...every time we had to go in we waited over 40min just to be called back and then a good 15-30before we saw the doctor. Not how you keep patience...especially those with babies or under 1!

Andy Price

Dr Alban is great. Same complaint as most of the negative reviews when dealing with another Dr. in the office... unacceptable to have to wait for more than an hour in a small room with a sick child to see a doctor when you have an appointment scheduled.

Jacob Batch

The wait time is OUTRAGEOUS! Switching my children immediately!

Brooke Tonning

This review is for Dr. Miller. We had our first visit with Dr. Miller today. He is very compassionate and very nice. It felt like we were talking parent to parent, which I so appreciate. He was great with my shy 3 year old. I am very grateful to have found him!

Wendee Dells

Dr. Nicles is fantastic. I've had far longer wait times, in bigger cities, and just plan for the wait. The bedside manner and care he gives his patients far outweighs the inconvenience of waiting.

Laura Charencky

Dr Miller is fantastic, Dionne is also wonderful, they are fast friendly, and quick to respond to phone calls. I definitely recommend port city peds for anyone!

Courtney Marie

Mother here to two children who utilize this establishment. My exerience has been both good and poor. Before they moved locations, I had a lot of trouble recieving my boy's medication on time. Since their new location, I was assisted by the most helpful lady, Dionne. She made absolute sure my son had his medication when it was cutting it close, all the whole being as sweet as pie. Much appreciated. I have had difficulty making appointments for my children however with no call-backs but I feel there may only be one person who handles that.. Wait time can also be a little excruciating at times. Overall, I gave a 3 because they are good and everyone (including me) needs improvement. :)

Jessica Bolduc-Brown

The wait time is ridiculous! I am actually waiting as I write this. Our appointment was at 4:00 but it is 5:30 and we still haven't seen the doctor. Unfortunately, this is the norm. Also, when they brought us back to our room all the adjacent rooms were empty. We were also the only people in the waiting room. 15 minutes or so after we entered our room someone entered another room and the doctor took care of them first! I am confident there appointment was not before ours.

Kalaina Sullivan

We love Dr. Alban!

We have been pretty happy with this doctors office. They are friendly and the wait hasn't been too long either.

Tracy Price

Had an appointment at 1:40 and had to leave with out seeing the doctor at 2:30 because I had to pick up my daughter. It was Dr. Pederson. Dr Alban is amazing and never leaves you waiting for long. I was very upset and disappointed.
