Our children have been patients here since 2012. Routine check ups and shots etc. have all gone fine. We've enjoyed all the doctors who have seen our kids (Yian, Lipsitz and Hemming). They have all been attentive, friendly and informative. However, the real impetus for me to write this review has been the medical support staff in the office. They are exceptional! This became apparent when we recently had some special needs that required additional paperwork and information from the staff. They've been extremely responsive, helpful and positive throughout this process. They always have a great attitude even when I'm asking for more of their time and effort. This shout out is for them! ...but everyone at the office is great too. I highly recommend it overall.

I first became a patient of Dr. Yian when I was 8 years old. I am now 25 and I take both of my kids to see him or Dr. Liptiz. Both doctors are wonderful. They take time to hear my concerns and explain to me what is going on. I am able to get in the same day. They know how to treat my children even when the kids don't cooperate because they feel ill. I appreciate all the years they have provided me with their expertise and advice. Thank you Dr. Yian and Dr. Liptiz.

The doctors were great for years. Then suddenly they get a new person in billing and 1 child had 1 newborn visit that their medical biller stated was being denied by insurance. The hospital was paid by insurance. We had to bill ourselves in order to get resolution. The biller told us it was not her job to bill the insurance and we were responsible. We agreed that we were ultimately responsible but the agreement stated that the office would bill insurance first. She harrassed us for over 6 months at every visit for all 6 children and in writing stating that it was denied. She also refused to return phone calls or to sit down with us to discuss it in a 3 way call with the insurance company. She never even billed them, which explains why she refused those attempts. Now we cannot stay with our pediatricians because we refuse to be harrassed by her and staff about issues they create for themselves. The doctors are great but you have to deal with billing and she is rude and lazy. Oh, we have amazing Blue Cross Blue Shield in case that is thought to be the issue. It was not. It was also the only issue in 5 years with 6 children.

Always running ahead or on time, easy to make appointments and get you in and out. All staff are friendly and competent. With 3 young children that is appreciated.

The staff knows my family by name. We rarely wait and they can always get us in the same day when the kids are sick. I am a partner in the care of my children and I feel my voice is heard.

Dr. Lipsitz was my pediatrician when I was a kid, I am now 33 and he is the pediatrician for all of my children. Great pediatrician.

I love this pediatricians office! I called at 5:30 pm on a Friday and they got us in right away. They go above and beyond here too. The Doctors here are great and really get to know your child.

Very rude nurses. I ended up stopping taking my child here because I heard the nurse talking bad about my child to someone about her crying when she had to get shots.

I absolutely love this practice. The doctors are all very nice and timely. We rarely wait for more than 5-10 minutes in the waiting room. They're really great about urgent same day appointments, which as a first time mom have been just amazing! I would definitely recommend them.

Love this office and it's staff. I worked in the medical field for 15 years and I'm a hard critic. All the Dr's are great. Never wait long and usually get in the same day.
