We chose this pediatrician because my ob/gyn recommended dr. nayak. We met him at the hospital and had him for our first appt. I like him. For the second and third we had NP's. We liked all three. Today my one month old got his hep b shot. I work at a hospital and have finished nursing school so I know proper technique. The girl that took my babys vitals was the same one who gave him the shot. I really hope that girl was a nurse. On top of that she brought in a cotton ball, shot, and a band aid. NO GLOVES?! She didn't even wash her hands. She gave my child a shot without washing her hands and no gloves. Safe to say we will definitely be changing to a new pediatrician! I gave them two stars because I like the Dr. and NP's. I do not recommend this place!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This office lost the only good doctor they had. Every since then the office has gone DOWNHILL FAST!! Switched my sons as soon as things took a turn for the worst. The medical assistant gave my son a shot without washing her hands OR putting gloves on. It happened so fast I didn't have time to say anything. They didn't keep track of his shots he had in the previous months. The office ladies are rude. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Do not go here. Ever.

We took our 3 year old in yesterday 8/20/18 to find out what is wrong with him. He had a fever of 102.9 on Saturday, then 99.9 (so low grade after a spike in his temp) and nothing when I took him to the Dr. He was complaining it hurt (IT, we were trying to figure out). He was sneezing so bad that snot was coming out, eyes watery and coughing terribly. He didn't want to eat for days, drank very little. We were being seen by Dr. Danielle Talavera. She checked his nose, throat, ears and stomach. Said its probably a viral infection and needs to work its course. I asked several questions and she told me if it gets worse, take him to ER. So, Monday night he was shaking in his sleep (which has NEVER happened), he woke up crying and whining IT hurt. We asked him what hurt and he couldn't tell us. We took him to Children's Hospital - Detroit. When we walked in, they were saying he sounded like croup from the cough and airways sounded. When they did the whole body check (ears, nose, throat, body, stomach) they found a lesion on his tongue which is HAND, FOOT and MOUTH disease and his tonsils were really swollen. Read the symptoms and its exactly what he has. My husband and I are so pissed they couldnt tell me this is what he had when we took him to his Dr office. We had to go spend 5 hours at ER with him (which we have no issues with, but could have prevented if the Dr Office would have found that to begin with) If I could give it no stars rating, I would. I will be pulling him and I did call and let them know what had happened. I was told Oh so sorry, you can request next time you call for a Dr. Nope, we wont be calling again nor will we ever be back. Not once was any of that said when we seen Dr. Danielle Talavera.

We have been taking our kids to doctor nayak and bronni for over 15 years. We have never had any issues with this office. Sadly bronni has left but all the doctors are nice and patient. Love the nurse practitioners.

Worst dr office ever. I highly recommend if you want your child's testing done wrong and wrong results reported to the state! Not to mention a office manager who is rude and cuts you off when speaking. I asked if i could speak and she didn't respond till i asked 5 times and she said im here. All you could hear is her shuffling papers.

I received a bill for a Co-Pay. The bill was addressed to my child. When I called the office to speak to them about the bill they said they had a note showing the father brought him in and didn't have a Co-pay. So guess who got stuck with the bill? You guessed it MOM. And when I spoke to them about their policies and the sign they clearly have posted on the counter (picture) they just blew it off and said, "well if you don't have the co-pay we will just bill it". I have had other issues here to. I will finding another doctors office. Sign says. "All copays and payments are due at the time of service and must be paid by the person bringing in the child. Asking to be billed is not an option. Any custody issues are the responsibility of the parent. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated."

Very rude...my son was crying of pain and due to road construction I reach 10 minutes late and Doc refused to check up... This can happen to anyone even doctor...she should upgrade her attitude towards children.

Front desk was nice when I called and figured out what was needed to transfer care from out of state. Now I will say I am a medical assistant and deal with kids where I work daily. Who I assume was a medical assistant, was rough with my 2 year old and impatient. She didn't measure his height correctly, extremely roughly and extra hard did his finger prick, and was getting impatient with machinery in front of me. She sent me home with a fluoride treatment to do myself that I was told she was doing. I also don't understand why they are doing a fluoride treatment as they are not a dentist office. The doctor didn't even realize my son was 2 1/2 until I told her halfway through our appointment. She wouldn't even let me finish a sentence when I was talking to her. No eye contact and every impersonable. She was not at all knowledgable about past history even though they have all past medical records. She even suggested drawing blood again on my son to get test results that we are waiting for that have already been ran.

Let me start off to say, we love Dr. Bronni as our doctor. I would give her 5 stars if this was based on her performance. The reason i give this practice 2 stars is because of this staff. We've been coming here for four years and it keeps getting worse. The rudeness from the front desk is getting us to the point I want to find a new doctor. Everytime I call or we have to visit I feel l am bothering them or receiving rude comments. I am also in the medical field and I have never felt this way ever besides in this office. I truly hope these amazing doctors can solve these issues because they will be losing patients if it doesnt.

It seems like all they want is your money, been in there 3 times this month, the doctor won’t speak with you on the phone personally and won’t refer me to anyone unless I come in for a 4th time. They’ve said the same thing 3 times And my child has been sick for over a month and not feeling better. Luckily for me with my insurance I don’t need a referral.

Dr Bronni is amazing but sadly she left and the other doctors are not great. Also the rest of the staff are SO RUDE. The front desk is unreal. Also no tiyt or books in the waiting room just TVs.

Office manager has no customer service skills whatsoever. Hung up on me and when I called back put me on hold and immediately hung up. Refused to see my son for his 4:30 appointment due to being 10 minutes late and offered a 6:00 PM appointment. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT ATTEND THIS OFFICE FOR YOUR CHILDREN. IN ADDITION, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND WRITING INTO THE BBB WITH A COMPLAINT, IT TAKES LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AND THE MORE COMPLAINTS THAT ARE ACQUIRED, HOPEFULLY A CHANGE WILL BE MADE WITH THE STAFF THERE AND THAT OFFICE MANAGER CAN GO WORK SOMEWHERE WHERE SHE BELONGS AND WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT REQUIRED.
