I've been here a few times now, and the doctors aren't ones I want to stick with long term. They're okay at best. I don't feel well heard by them when it comes to my health care choices. It seems like they're always trying to talk me into something I don't want instead of working to help me with my needs. I've experienced an usual level of condescension when I visit, very unlike any other office I've been to in my life. I'm treated like a child instead of an adult woman. I gave it 3 stars because eventually they agree to help with what I ask, but not without talking down to me first. It's not a place I would recommend to any of the women I know.

I've been coming to this practice for the last 16+ years. Sure the wait times are long but its worth it in the end when you talk to a doctor who knows your history like the back of their hand and you feel as if you can talk freely about things without being judged. Dr. Wolfe, Dr. Condevaux and Dr. Vansadia are amazing to work with!

I cannot say enough great things about the entire staff. I was supported through my pregnancy, delivery and aftercare by every doctor and they are all great. DR. Vansadia saw me through my hysterectomy and was kind and supportive in my recovery.

~* would give zero stars*~ Dr.Carney, first was physically shaken when she saw me, Im not sure why but she looked generally shocked to see me in her examination room despite her knowing I was a new patient. She straight ignored my symptoms of endometriosis,and other issues such as having a period for three months straight,pain when relieving myself,and despite being in her office in pain right then and there. Instead of looking for what it could be; she insisted that my previous diagnosis of PolyCystic ovarian syndrome from age 12-14 was wrong (Mind you this was our first meeting and she did not do any tests or any examinations on me that day it was a 15 minute “talk”)and insisted that I have diabetes based only on the fact I previously had dark spots on the back of my neck which i didnt have at the time of appointment, and completely ignored the cysts found on previous ultrasounds and the fact we have a family history of PCOS and Endometriosis. Worst of all when i asked for blood work to check for the diabetes she said i had,she asked why would i want blood work. And when I tried to make some small talk stating the fact my mother works in a hospital as well and Quoting her response “I’m confused,Your mom works? And you want blood work? Why?” The reason being is because my blood sugar for three months (A1C) is 5.2; which is healthy and normal. I explained (and had to beg for the blood test to prove this to her) but she insisted based on what she understood about my issues(the ones she considers to be my issue wasnt the three month bleeds or pain but the fact i am a bigger person and the black marking I previously had) that it “sounds like diabetes” but she will add blood sugar levels to the tests. She promised a bloodwork script and an ultrasound. She forgot the ultrasound script and when I bumped into her in the lobby as she immediately left after my appointment, she looked at me,ignored me and kept walking towards the exit with the woman on the front desk, chatting away. (the woman being a Medical assistant. Who also ignored my complaints of pain and elongated periods,she wrote down that my reason of visiting was “routine pcos QandA”, after i repeatedly said “no, i know what my pcos is, i had it since 14, my problem is pain and having a period for three months straight!!”) The blood panel came back and my A1c was a 5.1(normal) and my fasting blood was 80-90. So no diabetes. I went to a second doctor Marija grahovac, who gave me an ultrasound and diagnosed me with endometriosis,easy peasy because this doctor actually listened to me and my symptoms of pain and bleeding. I’m being treated and been doing better. Im not sure about other doctors under paint creek but because of how Ms.Carney acted I’m never going there again....and suggest that you do the same.

Some of the stuff are rude, special the billing department,a lots of drs who care about their patients they help with a monthly payment & they do still see you for visits , paint Greek they say no we are not going to see you unless you pay the full amount , that tells me they don't really care about their patients.

Paint Creek has been such a great experience! The entire practice is amazing and will go above and beyond to ensure the health of you and your baby. I had a very challenging pregnancy and felt very supported by the entire practice.

I just do not understand the receptionist, every time I tried to reach paint creek ob gyn, I know it’s the same lady, she would collect all my information, then she’d say I can give you a call later. ‘What does that mean, are you busy now? ‘ I asked her. She says ‘ yes’ then hang up.... Can you believe that… But then I never receive her call back! I have to call her back each of the time. I do not understand why this happens literally every time, I don't know her. Why she have to make patient so difficult to make an appointment?! what if some people are having serious problem and they have to go through this? I want this receptionist to see my comment, I know you might hate your job, but please be professional at work. If you can't bear with it, you shall leave...

Saw them through both of my pregnancies and they are great. All the Drs are wonderful and the nursing staff is so friendly and helpful!

Terrible service. Every appointment had a new problem: dr forgot had my wife waiting in the room, waiting forever, assistant being rude, getting pulled back from the parking lot because they forgot nurse had to see my wife, etc. cherry on top, today, wife had an accident, we called the practice several times, never responded, the hospital staff struggled to reach the practice, finally notified and the doctor on call never showed up. Also their administrative office is a mess, tried to charge me more.

Absolutely love the doctors & staff here! They go above and beyond to take the time to get to know you and listen. I tell everyone that I know that is looking for an OB/GYN about this office. If I could rate them 10 stars on Google, I would. :)

Its a long one but its necessary !!! Had an option would give negative rating !!! Never to step into this office !! I had contacted them for a routine exam and we found that I was just pregnant . The nurse practitioner Nicolle was good enough to attend my queries and aid me in all situations as i had a history of miscarriage earlier . After the Ultrasound by Jill , everything went topsy turvy , they detected i have an issue and i started having spotting in a week being pregnant , then came Dr.Anupama Vansadia in the picture who said I have ectopic pregnancy , some issues in my ovaries also which we can deduce only by doing an emergency Laproscopy , Hysteroscopy and D&C also oocectomy !!!!! I was shocked but as i was stressed that i need surgery immediately or i may end up in severe issues , myself and my husband booked ourselves for the surgery in immediate two days . As i was not satisfied with their reasoning or believing i could have ectopic as being 27 with no other major issues , i consulted for second opinion and the other doctor found that in my ultrasound i did not have ectopic but then it was not a successful pregnancy as there was no growth or heartbeat and hence needed a abortion just by tablets or maximum a D&C only !!! The doctor was kind enough to talk to Dr.Anupama and conveyed that situation and who in return had infomed the doctor that she wont do a anything apart for D&C !!! I BELIEVED HER !!! When i went in for the surgery the consent had all the above mentioned things with OOCECTOMY , I simply denied consent then she strikes out the OOCECTOMY and convinced me that i need Laproscopy , hysteroscopy and D&C according to the earlier ultrasound report by Jill !! As I was simply carried away in the moment , i went in for the surgery naively !!! Post surgery I had bleeding for more than 25 DAYS and meanwhile the pathology report and the pictures of the Laproscopic images came in and we found its all normal via different sources. When I went in for a follow-up SHE CONVINCES ME SAYING THERE IS STILL A PROBLEM IN MY UTERUS AND I NEED ANOTHER SURGERY !!!! which is simply atrocious , I simply ran away from her !!!!!!! I know I did a stupid mistake of not trusting my instincts and I still carry the scar of Laproscopy and Hysterscopy which was unnecessary , mental stress and depression and monetory issues !!!!! Please be aware !!!!!

Dr. Condevaux is the best Ob/Gyn that I have been to, in the 40 years that I have been going to Ob/Gyn Doctors. The Paint Creek staff has always been very pleasant and helpful to me as well. Thank you!

Been dealing with billing problems with there office for 3 months and keep being told that dr ahmad will deal with it, yet it's never delt with and same issue continues to happen. Requested many times to talk to him and I never get a call back or if I do it's someone else saying he will take care of it but never does. Finally I was told that on the 5th I'd get a call but again never happened. This office clearly doesn't care about there patients issues they have when it comes to billing and the fact that it causes patients a lengthy amount of stress and aggrivation. I left to a different practice due to this issue and I'm sure many will be to follow if this is how patients will be continued to be delt with. 3 months of having the same problem and it never being fixed after you contacting the office multiple times is a tad bit absurd if you ask me

Ive been struggling with ovarian cysts, infertility and severe pain. I had my first visit with paint creek today after leaving my old obgyn. I seen Nicole and she was pretty awesome. They were behind and it was close to lunch time so I was worried about being rushed but it was the exact opposite. Nicole spent time with me going over every fine detail about my health, history and concerns. We have plan to start with. 1 step at a time but she actually listened to me and my big long list of health problems. They are going to try to get me on the right tract. My old obgyn wasnt half as compassionate as the staff at paint creek. Only been seen here once and they already have a plan in action. I would refer a friend if they were looking, great caring staff

Not impressed, I think they forget they offer a service to the public. Sad to see patients are taken for granted it is not about you, it is about what works for them. Will not recommend!. I think the lady's managing the appointments are disorganized at best and certainly do not represent the docs in a positive way.

My wife and I we're happy we used Paint Creek for our experience. It kept highly recommend as her sisters had been going there for years. All the doctor's seem to really care about there patient's. Dr Carney was wonderful in helping to deliver our daughter. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I would give it 5 stars but the not so helpful or caring office staff and repeatedly overbooking keeps them from a 5.

I’ve been a patient at Paint Creek for a few years, and would highly recommend this practice to any woman looking for competent and caring physicians for her gynecological needs. The office staff is professional and courteous and the environment is clean and welcoming. I’ve seen all the physicians there and can say confidently they all provide excellent care. Recently, I gave birth to my daughter, and Dr. Carney, the newest doctor, delivered my baby. She was excellent. She provided a calm, and reassuring environment throughout the whole delivery. Me and my husband were very happy with her care. She’s a great addition to the paint creek office.

Love the doctors here! All of them are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would trust anyone then to deliver my children. I especially love Dr. Carney! She delivered my daughter and I could not have asked for a better doctor for my first delivery. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the whole experience.

This is the WORST doctor’s office I’ve ever dealt with in my life. The 2 doctors I’ve met with were great, but that’s where it ends. Today was the 4th time they’ve tried to cancel or re-schedule my appointment. Today, they cancelled 20 mins before my appointment. Where do I charge them for the cancelled appointment. They’re always trying to close up the office at 3-4pm, because clearly no one wants to work. The medical assistant was SO RUDE to me when I asked for the ultrasound pictures (printer wasn’t working at my ultrasound and the tech said to ask at my next appt, didn’t get my pics when I asked the medical assistant). I then called and asked not to see that medical assistant anymore, and got her again at my next appointment. You guys are FIRED. - Extremely unhappy FORMER patient

If I could give Dr. Wolfe 10 Stars I would! He delivered my daughter Ava, made my pregnancy a wonderful experience as a first time mom, and was there all the way along to answer my questions, call me, and deliver her. Now, when I missed an appointment, he called to follow up because he cared and had not seen me in a while and knew I better call her. He did a phone visit and sent my scripts out for me which you never see Doctors do anymore. He cares about his patients and always listens. Thank you!
