Dr. Golden, my physician at Novi Internal Medicine, has proved to be a thorough physician. He does not unnecessarily prescribe medications for his patients. If he can find other method to solve his patient’s problem he guides us to it. He has been my family physician for the past 15 yrs and he has an outstanding ethics. His office staff are extremely helpful in scheduling appointments with smile on their faces.

Staff did not resend my health insurance information claim after I paid $90 cash. Management did not return my 2 voicemails regarding the need to re-send my health insurance for a claim minus deductible. How rude is the staff not to submit to my insurance? They took my $90 cash for a 3 minute exam when I was sick, but did not want to resubmit my insurance for a claim even though my insurance has been active. Thats a shame! I ended up submitting my own claim myself with all the documents to my health insurance. Now I have to wait for reimbursement from my insurance carrier which can take 30+ days. Shame on them! Sounds to me that they got their cash, so now they do not want to be bothered. Will never recommend or go back to!

We found Dr. Daniel Rosenberg before our twins were born and since that day, 11 1/2 years ago, this office has been nothing short of amazing. Our son had emergency surgery at 3 months and not a day went by that Dr. Rosenberg didn't call us personally to see how we were ALL doing. Dr Rosenberg has gone to bat for us on multiple occasions, finding us great resources for speech therapy, anxiety counseling and multiple ear surgeries. All of the staff at this office, regardless of title, are kind, caring and great with communication. Yes, we have had some billing issues (sometimes insurance companies have a hard time billing for twins), but we've never had an issue getting it resolved with the office. Yes, there can be a wait for appointments, but we've always been accommodated for sick or urgent visits. Would 100% recommend this office

For as busy as the waiting room is, it seems the patient flow is handled very well - I don't have to wait long. The staff and doctors are great. Highly recommended!

This office is a joke. I came in for a standard annual physical, which is fully covered under my insurance. I get a bill for a ton of bloodwork that did not seem to make sense based on my health and my appointment. Contacted the office directly, had my insurance contact the office, and I was told that the billing was done incorrectly and would essentially be re-billed. Well, months later, the billing was never adjusted or modified and it stuck paying out of pocket for bloodwork that clearly was not standard for a normal physical. Horrible service. I would recommend staying far away from this office.

Mom thought they were amazing. I, however, am not impressed. She saw them shortly before her death from something they should've found. When she missed her appointment two weeks after her passing, they sent a "courtesy" letter stating how important it is to keep appointments. Because this letter didn't include their phone number, I looked them up on google & apple maps, both of which had the same incorrect phone number. A grieving family shouldn't have to work this hard to let them know their patient died.

I like Dr.Paul and will continue to see him as he is a good doctor. However, that is the only thing I like about the office. Went for my physical in 2017 as a new patient, waited an hour and a half to be seen by the doctor, and had a very poorly executed blood draw which resulted in my arm being bruised and in pain for a week. Went back this year for my physical and waited an hour and 15 minutes before I was seen by the doctor. They need to figure out better scheduling, and take patients back in the proper order. Arrived before my appointment time, only to sit in the waiting room while the 3:30pm appointment with my doctor (who I had a 3PM appointment with) was taken back first, then I was taken back to wait in the exam room until 4:15pm when I was finally seen. If the doctor will not have time to see a patient until 4:15pm, don't schedule them at 3pm. This isn't the fault of the Dr., but it is a fault of the staff who book appointments. No one should have to wait over an hour to see the doctor when they made an appointment in advance and arrived on time.

Dr. Leff was instrumental in finding the best team to figure out what was making me so sick. She goes above and beyond for her patients. I wouldn't be as healthy as I am now without her. My kids and husband see Dr. Einhorn - he's compassionate and respectful of his patients and their families.

They discovered a pancreatic cancer my dad had that the previous doctor's office could not fine. They are top notch doctors. At least Dr. Einhorn and Dr. Rosenberg are. I don't really know the others. I would have given them 5 stars but everyone needs a little room to improve.

Clean office. Kaitlyn do nothin snob doesn't like b told mistakes on tests and refuses follow up w radiologist on thr mistakes. She nor office mgr will return calls! Pathetic excuse 4 health care providers. They need go back college and take courses in patient care. Run from them!

Absolutely LOVE Dr Kaitlyn she goes above and beyond for her patients. You can tell she takes pride in helping others, no matter the circumstances and runs the extra mile and shes always so positive and kind. She deserves a trophy.

My son was a patient here for a few months until we got a bill for over $200 for what should have been a routine check up with no copay. I assumed the best (my mistake) and paid the bill because we we're having some issues with our insurance company anyway. After inquiring at our next visit, it turns out that they never even ran our insurance in the first place. It's been literally 3 months and they still haven't issued a refund. Bridget, the office manager, has been blowing me off and not returning my calls. The last time I called she was IN THE OFFICE but would only communicate with me through the receptionist and promised that the refund was a week away. Again, this was months ago. I'm honestly just baffled at the incompetence. They had a chance to fix an easy mistake but fumbled over and over. We've already found a different pediatrician for my son's next check up.
