I take my daughter there for Dr.earles. Dr. Earles is aboslutley amazing! The only reason I put up with the office is for her. The nurses are usually very nice, but the desk staff is rude and don't seem to care at all. Scheduling is a joke, it seems like their main goal is to try to get people to see other doctors in the office ( I assume to fill all schedules) however, after saying every visit which doctor I want, it's clear I have no desire to switch, so being asked Everytime is irritating. ...Dr. earles is great, and I hear other dr.s there are great, but the office is a joke.

I go here for my 2nd child. The wait times are sometimes a bit long, but honestly, what doctors office doesn't have ridiculous wait times? Our doctor is incredible. When our 2 month old got a UTI, we took her in for a follow up after a night in the ER, she didn't even charge us for the follow up test to make sure the UTI was gone. Everyone is always super friendly, and they're all so good with the kids. Very happy we take our daughter here. Highly recommend.

Everyone at the office is always super friendly. The doctors and nurses listen to your concerns and show appropriate concern. The doctors are great at explaining what they think or what they are checking. I like that they quickly get you into a checkup room so that you’re not sitting in the waiting room with other sick children. Having a pharmacy in the same building is super convenient too!

Extremely disappointed in this clinic. Moved out of state and was trying to get an appt to see my sons pediatrician one last time to discuss his current meds and other concerns. After being told no appt was available when I would be home, I asked for the pediatrician to call me. 3 office calls later I was told the pediatrician would not discuss anything with me and would only talk to the next pediatrician I chose for my son. I'm disappointed that my final concerns could not be discussed with his pediatrician before going to the new clinic.

Waiting times are always at least 45 minutes to an hour. Staff is good, but not worth the waiting every appointment. I will be looking for a new doctor for my son.

All doctor are nice to little patients, but not all doctor is full of experiences. I am satisfied with this clinic until last time my son got sick. I called for a vist on a Friday morning due to my son's bad condition. I didn't ask for specific docor. After checking, that doctor told me she cannot judge he has pheomonia or asthma and ask us to go to ER directly. I trust her and thought it is so severe to go to ER. But after coming back from ER, I realize if this doctor has capacity, she could refer us to just take a Xray in hospital and make a decision after getting Xray result. Because they can do germ and virus quick test by themselves. They can do everything what ER doctor did except Xray. To transfer patient to expensive ER on a working day in my case shows she is lack of ability to take responsibility. Whay should I say? I make my mind to find new pediatrics.

The WAIT is horrible I have been coming here for 5 years and every time I come it’s like a factory a lot of people waiting to be seen the sick room and the well room both packed. Plan to wait 30-40 mins out in the lobby then another 60-80 mins inside a room waiting to be seen by the doctor. This will be my last time coning here I can’t handle it. Five years too long I was hoping for it to get better but it’s not. I have tried mornings and afternoons and it doesn’t matter what day of the week horrible. Bring food and patience when you come here I’m sitting here and waiting as I write this and so far it’s been 1 hour and no one has seen my child and it’s 5pm. So I assume I’ll be here forever.

We have been very happy with this practice so far for our 4 month old. We've been in for well visits and a few additional times for concerns and every time have had all of our questions answered and concerns taken care of.

I called to set an appointment so my kid could be checked for hand foot mouth to return to daycare because I didn't trust the urgent care I went to. The lady that answered said nothing but no's and didn't provide any help. She said they don't do second opinions. They don't see new patients without vaccine records. I told her my kids peds office was closed. She said she couldn't schedule me anything without that paperwork. It's funny, I called somewhere else and they searched and found his records in 10 minutes. If you don't want new clients, put that on your website. I was on the hunt for a new pediatrician and obviously this place is all set.

Love this office and all the doctors. I've seen a few different doctors last minute for sick visits, the office always gets my daughter in. Even walking in at 12:10 with no appointment when my daughter had a fever I was able to see a doctor in less than 30 minutes:)

Doctors here are extremely helpful without pushing all the extras. I like they are down to earth and straight forward. Wife has never felt judged or pressure by anyone. Have only had 2 experiences where we had to wait more than 35 minutes past appointment time to see the doctor. That being said we have had a lot of well baby and sick visits for 3 kids between 7 and 2.

I’m so glad I found this place! I was going to another practice for 6 years while they were good I needed doctors that could take care of a diabetic child also. I have complete trust and faith in northeast pediatrics.. the doctors are very informative knowledgeable and personable , the nurses and front staff are very friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem getting an appointment and even if it’s busy the wait hasn’t been bad. I have read other reviews makes me wonder if they are talking about the same place, I have never encountered any problems. I have been with this practice now for 9 years.. I’m very pleased

They do not value your time. You will have waiting of times of anywhere from 20 minutes to over an hour. Last visit, I waited an hour and then asked how much longer and they simply said they are busy. The doctors will see you for 5 minutes and then onto the next one. It is a factory. We have been going to them for over 10 years. No more.

I can say anything good about this office. I give them a chance 3 times and it was enough. The people in the office are very rude, nurses are nice but they are always in rush. I wait at lease 40-45 minutes inside the room until the doctor show up. Doctor's, well... they just do a regular check and go. Never explain to me what was happening. Bad, bad experience ever. Never come back here again.

The lady in billing/check out lady is very rude! I wasn't there but if I was i would have told this hag off! My daughter who was not even 2 months old at the time was crying for a while...my husband finally got her calmed down. The check out lady said "how did you get her to shut up". Who says that! Of course he was stunned and didn't say anything... it happened back in December 2015. Yes this is a very late review. After all this time... I'm still disturbed. After I heard that we have never been back since! The doctor was great! If she can't stand a crying baby why is she working there! Doctors get your staff in check!

We love this practice. Every doctor and nurse we have seen has been kind and compassionate with my family. They always listen and are very thorough. I never feel like they have pushed medication on us, or rushed us out of an appointment. It is incredibly easy to get appointments, and the nursing line is extremely helpful and patient. Also love that we have never had any issues with billing. Cannot say enough wonderful things about them.

I think the motto of this place should be, "All is well as long as your child is well." The nurses and some doctors are very nice, as mentioned in some reviews. Also, I've never had an issue bringing my child for a sick visit right away. And then the "cons" list begins: wait times, incompetency, excessive testing, "production line"-like experience, billing, etc. Incompetency is probably the biggest issue. One of the doctors did not give the proper Tylenol dosage to my child after stating that she does not "drug her kids". As a result, my child had a febrile seizure since the medicine was not enough to prevent the high spikes of fever. When confronted about it, the main doctor went back and forth on the proper Tylenol and Motrin dosage! Unacceptable! Then other reviewers (also friends' and family's experiences) noted how they sent the parents to the ER, when that was unnecessary, had they been competent doctors! Those are just a few examples... This is about your child's life... Spend time finding a doctor whom you can trust!
