I am so very pleased to with the care Dr. Crystal Daniel's (Banks) she has given all of my children for over 26 years. I know she loves all of her patients but her and the staff make you feel extra special as if you are the only one she cares that much about. I love her and all of my children does too. Each of my first two did not want to leave her. I expect my last one to be the same. I would recommend her to everyone looking for a new pediatrician.

I arrive there at 345, appointment is 330 my daughter been a patient there since birth, they want to reschedule her after waiting 4 weeks for an appointment, They come out at 410 and say I have to reschedule her, I said no thanks time to find a new peditritian.

My child and I loves coming to this clinic. It;s very kid-friendly and relaxing. The staff there is pleasant and really makes your child and you feel like that's your 2nd home. I recommend anyone who is looking for a pediatric doctor to come here, you won't regret it.

The staff is kind of rude always try to act like they don’t see you standing right in front of them at the window ... they will ignore you if you don’t speak up ! Could be a little more organized and the wait time to see your child’s doctor is just way too long ... But dr. Crystal is the best. My daughter has been seeing her for a year now and I don’t have no complaints , I know with Dr. Crystal she’s in excellent care .

I was told to come to in for a sick child visit and waited for 2 hours. I was told the doc had to complete health physicals. My sick child had to wait in pain until the health physicals for high school kids were completed. I’m very supportive, but this is unexceptable for professional establishment.
