All three midwives are absolutely amazing (but I’m extra partial to Denise for being the one to deliver my daughter!). I love that you have rotating appointments between them and get comfortable with all three. I feel like it took away some nerves for delivery since you knew you wouldn’t get stuck with a random on-call doctor. All three genuinely care about you, are super friendly, and always answer all your questions. I would happily recommend them to anyone in the area!

I see Dr. Shawna Ruple, I’ve had nothing but a great experience with her. Throughout my pregnancy she listened to my concerns and eased my anxiety, as a first time mom, that’s exactly what I was looking for in a doctor. She was even on call to deliver my baby! The nurses and staff in the office is also super nice, I’d recommend this office for anyone looking for a new dr.

Yes would definitely recommend the Doctors are amazing!!! Dr. Ruple delivered my first baby back in November and she answered any questions and concerns that I had. Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful.

I asked for the cost of a visit when I first called to make an appt. No answer was given, received paperwork in mail with an appoint date saying they charge 5.00 extra cash if you do not pay the full copay amt at time of visit. I called and again asked for the fee schedule. They say 20% of your bill. How much money is that?, I asked. Cannot answer until after the appointment. Cancelled appt.

I was turned away for my ultrasound for being 2 minutes late. They said we give a 10 minute window to arrive late. No one was at window and I drove over an hour hit construction unexpectedly. I will be finding a new OBGYN half way through my pregnancy I’m very disappointed with the office!

I couldn't love and appreciate this midwife team more! They truly care about their patients. I came to them with our fourth and last pregnancy. They took me on knowing I have previous complications with high blood pressure, and diligently made sure that both myself and my unborn son were well taken care of. While consulting with the physicians to do what was best, and being considerate of my personal concerns/wants/needs. Truly an amazing staff, and as I won't be having any more babies, I will forever recommend them to everyone I know locally. They are amazing!

The midwives there are excellent. I could not have imagined better care leading up to and during the birth of my first. When I found out I was miscarrying my second, everyone was incredibly sympathetic and exactly what I needed. (Bonus, their ultrasound techs can show and tell you everything while you are with them, no waiting for reports). I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you are interested in great support for a natural birth.

Dr. Ruple and staff were amazing and helpful before and during my first pregnancy. They were very mindful of things I wanted, and my fertility concerns in the beginning. After I became pregnant, they addressed all of my concerns, medical issues and questions about the pregnancy quickly and doctor was very comforting during delivery and after. During an event as big as having a baby it’s amazing to have people that treat you with respect and are in your corner always.

The midwife team at MidMichigan Ob was absolutely amazing. They gave me one of the most uplifting and inspiring moments of my life when helping me bring my daughter into the world. I only wish I would've been able to go here with my pregnancy with my son 6 years ago. Highly recommend. Lynda, Denise and Rebecca do an absolutely amazing job and are incredibly supportive of You!

The staff has been rude during some of the hardest moments of a persons life. I have driven over an hour to have them cancel my appointment five minutes before I walk in the door. I find them unreliable and as such wouldn't deliver my children with their practice.

So thankful to be able to develop a relationship with Dr. Gohn during my most recent pregnancy. It was so nice to have the same doctor from appointments through delivery, it eased my nerves and made me feel confident about the process. I was with another practice for my previous child and never had consistently with who I saw. I will be back to see her for any future needs.

Dr. Gohn is kind, helpful, down to earth, and funny! I always felt like I could ask Dr. Gohn anything and she would be truthful and straightforward with me. My husband and I appreciate Dr. Gohn so much! When I was in labor, Dr. Gohn was with me the entire time and walked me through the whole process. I ended up having a c-section because baby just wouldn’t come, and Dr. Gohn let me make the decision and talked me through everything I was about to experience (I am a first time mom). I will always doctor with Dr. Gohn as long as she practices and I can’t recommend her enough! I feel like I gained a friend during my pregnancy :)

Dr. Ruple is amazing! She is one if those people that I instantly felt comfortable with and feel like I've known forever and can talk to about anything. You can really tell how much she cares about her patients just by the way she treats you.
