Terrible management. Called to asked regarding a claim/bill that had been processed, since it was sent to out-of-network labs for a simple biopsy. I followed up with the Billing department with a message and inquiry, then asked to speak to the office supervisor. She told me (condescendingly) that I was "attacking her office" and obviously (even though the processed bills were from separate out-of-network providers), BEAUMONT should be the provider I contact. Nowhere did within their claim, office information or previous bills denote such information. But apparently because I asked her about how to re-file the claim to update the costs, I was "attacking her" and asking her impossible questions. Only star it gets is for the front office staff and medical staff being professional. But definitely not returning here.

I called to ask some questions about my bill because I wanted to know why the charges were more than my deductible and first person I asked in billing transferred me to another girl in billing who then proceeded to tell me if I didn't pay they would turn me in to collections. I just wanted some friendly answers and I got talked to like I am a deadbeat that doesn't pay his bills. I also seem to have a hearing problem because she started yelling that she had already explained the situation. I never got a strait answer just threats of damage to my credit. I will never go here again.

Very disappointed as the Dr was late getting into the office so therefore had to wait an additional 1/2 hour. Went over some of my concerns and I truly don't believe she really cared. Ask about a procedure that I was curious about and was told to ask at the desk. Upon asking at the desk they asked me if I had an consultation about it as they don't know what the charges are or anything for that matter. Will not being going back.

Dr. Mahon really cares about his patients. He makes sure to answer all of your questions during the appointment, and even gets to know you. I have been to this office a few times and have always been able to schedule an appointment quickly when I needed to come in. At their busiest times I have had to wait up to 30 minutes for my appointment, but in my opinion it is worth the wait for a great doctor and nurse staff.

I love the care that I receive here at this center. I have seen Dr D’Sa and Sarah Hirschman, PA. Although it’s only been 8 months since I’ve been a patient, I can say all of my questions and concerns are always addressed. I never feel rushed or that I’m just another patient. I drive a ways, but well worth the drive. I would most definitely recommend this facility. Thank you!!

I am just going to start off by saying that the women at the front desk are extremely rude when you are there and when you call. I won't say all of them but most have unbearable attitudes. I only met with Dr Mahon once and he was extremely professional and the definition of a real doctor that actually cares about his patient. I have been suffering with cystic acne for a long time and it has been very difficult to find a doctor that actually wants to help you and cares. Unfortunately because Dr Mahon is very busy and because of my schedule, it has been difficult to see him so I've been seeing Dr Sampat. If you want to see a doctor that cares and wants to help you, dont see her. She will come in and spend 5 mins in the room and take off. She wont even bother to analyze or ask questions. She is the definition of what is wrong with doctors nowadays... money is the only thing on their mind and lack of care for a patient. I pay a high co pay every time I go there and when I run out of medication they want me to keep coming in and when I do come in, she barely talks to me about alternatives and just keeps bumping up the dosage and lowering it every now and then. I am sick of this and for that I am leaving them. I realized she just works for an institution that just cares about making money and not about the patient.

DO NOT GO HERE! I was hung up on while trying to re-schedule an appointment I made because I was asking questions about a fee that they charged me. Patty is the woman who hung up on me. Now, when I called back to ask about what had happened I talked to Louise. She assured me that it was an accident but I could here them snickering about what just had occurred in the background. When I told them that I no longer wanted to attend the practice if they treat people this way Louise became sarcastic and when the conversation paused, said she thought that I hung up the phone, then said," thank you", and "bye" very quickly then hung up. I just wanted answers about their policies and I still don't have them. Again, to all DO NOT GO HERE!

I walked in to get a look at the place & maybe schedule an appointment. I liked what I saw. They took me in without much of a wait. The doctor listened to me & asked questions. They did the procedures. Explained everything to me. I'm more than pleased so far. No b.s.. Just get it done so we can all move on. We'll see when the billing comes thru if I'm still happy. So far so good.

The office staff does not care if you become a client or not. If the staff does not care I doubt the doctor does either. We made an appointment as new clients and the earliest appointments were 2 weeks away. Two weeks was ok to wait, however, 2 days before the appointment they told me that the doctor does not actually take appointments at the time scheduled and the next time they could schedule would be another 2 weeks away. Four weeks is a long time to wait for children with skin issues. I guess we will find someone that actually cares about patients!!

The staff are friendly and willing to take time to answer your questions. Dr Mahon listens asks questions and explains things. He gives practical suggestions on how to heal your problems which don't cost a lot. He doesn't rush you.

Just Sayin

To start this post I will say that Dr.Sarah is an amazing doctor but it is sad to see the staff that is representing her. I am a continuous patient and I have never had a problem but when I encountered a situation that was just a honest mistake I was treated like felon. The staff was very rude and harassed me in the parking lot. After the first situation was settled, I was okay and felt maybe she understood. But I was literally approached a second time from a distance by another staff member that was acting like a teenage girl and making inappropriate remarks . I felt attacked and was very embarrassed by the unprofessional behavior being exhibited. If they felt there was unnecessary action taking place in their parking lot they could have looked back at the cameras to assure before making assumptions and bombarding patients. When I called to complain, Denise was very helpful and forwarded my call to management right away. Management on the other hand acted just as snotty and rude as the second staff member was. I don’t think I’ll be returning but for anybody considering to switch over to them, good luck. It’s a building full of girls who just sit around and gossip about their patients.

Appointment was at 3:15 . It's now 3:50 And I am still out here waiting to be called? And everyone that was here after me has been called. Most likely will be my last time coming here since they can't stick to appointment times.

Dr. Ibrahim is the best. She's caring, kind and listens to all my questions. It took me years to find a great dermatologist who could help me get smooth hydrated skin. You have to be patient with your skin and give what's prescribed a chance. No disappointments this way at all. My acne is gone and my scalp looks wonderful. No more dry itchy skin. Thank you so much Dr. Ibrahim.

My Dr Sarah and Denise at the front desk are awesome, personable, and super helpful. The rest of the staff is extremely rude and unfriendly. I literally cancelled all of my appointments due to the poor staffing even though I really need to keep going. To add to it, the person I originally called to cancel never did it, so I was going to get hit with no show fees had I not called today to confirm that my appointments were never cancelled. Such a waste of time and money here. I even had one of the staff members take a picture of me while I was sitting having a light treatment done on my hands. I could see her in the reflection of the picture in front of me....... The staff needs to be talked to.
