i went in for a pain related issue and they simply gave me an annual exam and told me i was fine and sent me home with no further instruction. i am still in pain but out an hour of my time and a lot of my patience. i will not be back.

Personally I like the office very clean staff has been nice to me. Yes it seems the wait time is a little bit slow but you cant ask for a better place! They do ultrasounds cultures and bloodwork right in the same building! Wouldn't wana go anywhere else cause its convienent :) no more having to go from gyno to the hospital to get poked :) so i like it!

The absolute worst experience every time. I work and go to school and don't know my schedule far enough in advance and they never try to work with me. Then when I finally make an appointment, I wait at least an hour every time before I can see anyone. The staff is rude is well. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Wait times are horrendously long even with appointment. Almost 2 hours in waiting room before taken back.

This place isn't even worth a full star. I love Doctor Finazzo but the front desk workers are rude inconsiderate and have no empathy whatsoever. The ultrasound techs are also terrible. I can't believe the treatment I received today. 10 minutes before my appointment which I was already in the parking lot was told they wouldn't see me even though finazzo wanted to check on me because of my complications with my pregnancy. They refused to do the ultrasound and told me to reschedule for next week all while having me drag my son out of bed to go with me early in the morning. After my next appointment I will not be going back!

Office personnel is horrible! They are so worried about payment before you even see the Dr. & making sure you bring your chart up to the front desk after your done seeing the Dr. Omg! look out if you forget that chart when your done!!! That woman at the front comes almost unglued! Not to mention if you do she'll screw you out of your next years annual check up!!! Which is exactly what happened to me! So now I'm told I have to wait a month to see the Dr. & I have something possibly serious going on! I won't be going back here again do to this!!!

The doctors and nurses here are lovely but the office staff is so incredibly rude its unreal they never have their stuff together, always have an attitude and will consistantly put you on hold even when theres no one in the office. You think when dealing with prenant women and ladys with hormonal issues theyd be alittle more understanding and easy going but if you can find another office i suggest going where people actually care about their paitents then only themselves and their paychecks.... if i wasnt 31 weeks already and love my dr i would switch in a heartbeat.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this office. I had an amazing OB in Utah with my first kid, and I was nervous to go to a new one, but it has been great here. The office staff is always so nice and accommodating, which is such a rarity! I have been seeing Dr Finazzo and Dr Bello and love both of them.

The practice owner, Dr Finazzo, turned me away after I said I was suffering from postpartum depression and needed to see my doctor because I still owed a measly $200 from my delivery (which I had been paying toward my balance). This practice does not care about their patients. You're just another dollar sign. And now that Dr. Mehall has gone this place has lost about 90% of it's value. The front desk personnel are rude and your wait times are horrendously long. I always stayed because of Mehall. She's no longer there so neither am I!

I've gone here for 7 years to Doctor Mehall. Front desk staff is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Doctor mehall is gone and I will NOT be going back. I did a urine drop off for a UTI and they didnt call mr back for almost a week and when I called, the lady at the front desk was screaming at me, interrupting me, even went as far as to go in the back so she could scream at me. Put me on hold at least twice while I was in the middle of speaking. When I asked to speak to a manager she told me no that she would help me and when I asked to speak to the manager again she screamed FINE! I will never be going back. Fire your front desk staff Denise!!!!!!

Very rude staff. Mehall is gone now so why would i go back? Not to mention last time i called to make a pap they told me my acct was frozen and i couldnt make an appt... Not due to balance due.. But said i didnt show for appt prior... I called and was left on hold for 15 mins so i hung up. Roxanne is very very rude. She works front desk.
