I can't imagine the frustration his colleagues go through working with this so-called "Dermatologist." I've literally witness him disrespect the nurses that work for him; yelling at them like they're savages. Also, charged a premium for seeing a "specialist" for consultation and a biopsy, all being done by a PA... Horrible. It's pathetic, no compassion, does not listen to my concerns, makes quick diagnoses without thorough analysis. I'd advise to avoid this "Dr. LaTour" at all cost. No excuses.

I am not pleased with the treatment or follow up with this center at all. My wife and I both had a small skin cancer removed, which was done by a PA and NOT a doctor, which I asked for. My follow up visit a PA removed the stiches, 3 weeks later after noticing the area was still red I found another stitch that the PA missed, it was black and an external stitch. I called back and asked for to see a doctor and was told I could, upon going into get yet another stitch (which was removed ) I was told no doctor was available. Upon being taken into an exam room I saw on the patient chair a stitch from the last patient, (nice job of cleaning up people)The same PA came in was very curt in her attitude and stated the internal stitches are purple and upon removing it (it came to the surface not dissolved) she held it up to my face and so close I was uncomfortable. When I went to pay I handed our two bills we were sent $672.73 total which she put into her computer then promptly told me the amount owed was $872.00 when I complained she stated "Oopps someone must not have cleared out last transaction." Then last week I get another bill for $642.74 which I called about and was told that the amount I paid was applied entirely to mine and not my wife's which is why I still owed that much and that my account had a credit. Also that apparently when I paid some of my bills were still pending. I asked for a breakdown to be mailed before I paid anymore. I would not recommend this office for any procedure, we are going elsewhere.

The office staff was very nice and easy to work with. The medical treatment was excellent. My cancer was removed and I was treated by a very competent medical staff prior to the surgery and post surgery.

Very happy with the care I have always gotten at this Center. Each PA I have ever seen has truly cared about my well being and taken the time to listen to my concerns.

Tuttle Truck Service

had been very happy with Dr. Ester, she did my botox wonderfully. however at one injection appointment they noticed a mole. an aid came in my room and removed it and sent it in to be biopsied. Never even having laid eyes on Dr. Don. I had no idea why I was even receiving a bill from him when i had never even seen him. Later i received a bill for 40.00 that my insurance did not pay. I forgot about the bill as I always paid 260.00 cash for my botox. So needless to say I figured I would inquire and pay the 40.00 on my next botox visit. Me, being human, forgot to ask and the front desk did not remind me, so later I received a bill from collections. I paid it that day. next thing I know I was dropped as a patient, was not allowed to speak to anybody but a receptionist, Dr. don discontinued me as a patient there, I can not get my botox there any more and they will not see me for any reason. They do have a racket as my doctor has said and I now understand what they meant. well I rescheduled with a dermatology in portage instead. they are the same price for botox but have specials and use the brilliant distinctions program where you earn points as cash to use on future visits. For all the Jesus pictures they have hanging in their office there is no forgiveness over a simple 40.00 that has been paid. Pretty poor business if you ask me
