I just wanted to say thank you to Rachel and staff. She took something off my face. Not once did I have pain even after the numbing wore off. Wow! I can't say that has happened very often when you have something removed. How amazing! Thank you! Great services and such friendly staff! Thank you!

Couldn't get an appointment for over a month. Wont accept many insurances. Just terrible.

I used this practice for almost 4 years. No problems with the doctors or the esthetician staff. Amazing care provided by all. I have an enormous issue with the practice policy to push brand name meds through their "partner" mail order pharmacies. I thought that it was strange with one child but went through the same experience with a 2nd child and again with myself. When I asked for generic prescriptions covered by my insurance plan, I was discouraged from going that route. I will be looking for a new practice that has more patient-friendly prescribing practices.

I was also rejected an appointed with this office, i didnt think it would be that hard to call in and get an appt but i was wrong.I just have a rash on my hand thats it. Good Luck Dr. Office

It’s SO difficult to reach medical staff even when calling back right away or when a call disconnected, the staff member did not call me back It also took over three months to get an appointment They then scheduled me with the doctor but I ended up seeing a physician assistant and now they won’t let me switch back to the doctor I was supposed to see originally and I had not been notified of the change until time of appt. It took longer than they said it would to get results of a biopsy which was abnormal- frustrating- I’ve been trying to schedule an additional biopsy for 1.5 weeks yet no one seemed to know what was going on, multiple voicemails left and now they said I cant go to rivertown location Ive been trying to get to their rivertown location because I saw a provider at the east beltline office - before the offices merged and only they took my insurance- now they wont let me switch to the rivertown location. I am the patient and I should be able to go to the office closest to my home. I am a medical provider and im very upset about the “care” ive received.

I was diagnosed with melanoma. Every time I call, they make me feel like I'm a priority to them. It's a very busy office but I never feel like they don't have time for my concerns. I drive over an hour and it's totally worth it.

The staff is always friendly knowledgeable. the representative that sell my daughter, her name is Melanie Stover, she is always very thorough and has recommended the best advice to my daughter which is always helped. I highly recommend this place and they are very good at what they do.
