After 6 yrs of not going to see a ginocologist I finaly got the nerve after a bad exsperiance to find a woman doctor and I am so glad I chose this one. She put me at ease right away and was very thorough. I appreciated feeling like she really wanted to help me. I would recommend Dr russell to any women.

I have been a patient of Dr. Russell's for the past 10 plus years. I can honestly say that she is one of the very best doctor's you could experience. Sadly, the office rotates through staff quite frequently with the exception of one receptionist and the office manager. I'm in the process of switching my care to another provider due to to issues with management/billing charges that should NOT have been billed to me. When you deal with the Officer Manager it feels like you are speaking to a robot and she makes you feel like you are lower than her. Dr. Russell has delivered two of my children and i've been in her care with other female issues. I have had dozens and dozens of appointments at this office. Lately, it just seems to be falling downhill and I wonder if Dr. Russell has any idea. Dr. Russell is the best, but i'll go elsewhere.

Go to an OB-GYN that will actually take the time to see you in person. Not the case here.

Dr Russell was the first doctor to actually listen to me and help me solve my problem. She's quick, to the point, but most importantly she's knows what she is doing. Her staff is kind and attentive. After coming from another office that treated me like I was crazy, actually getting treated for my problem was a big relief. I highly recommend Dr Russell.

thinks she knows all and gets mad if you question her, she snapped at me when I tried to ask her questions regarding my health. The office staff is VERY unprofessional as well, treated like an idiot, skip this place.

I went to this office for about a year. My PCP just requested my records from them and they told me to go pick them up myself it would be $65. I didn’t even ask the fee to have them shipped because picking them up myself was outrageous enough. My one year of care and most of the time it was a 10 minute visit to listen to my baby’s heart beat and measure. $65 to get my records. Sad. And my PCP is the one who wants them, not even me. Oh and in the middle of my delivery she said she was going to leave and go home if I didn’t start pushing harder. She’s rude and has zero bed side manner.

I was told by receptionist that they accepted my insurance. A few weeks later I got a bill for 300$ in the mail when it should have been completly covered. I called and they said they were in the midst of accepting my insurance but decided not to partner with them. I had to pay the 300$ and they didnt even say sorry for lying to me and said it was my fault for not calling the insurance company myself. (Needless to say, I did learn my lesson)

I don't write reviews often, so when I do it's usually because I feel the need to so I can warn others. Ladies, do not see Dr. Russell. And if you're currently seeing her now and feeling uneasy about the treatment, leave now. I made the mistake of commuting two hours to my hometown to continue seeing her and I really don't know why. She started out fine, you know, she was someone who you could get the correct birth control from without worry. But then I was admitted to the ER from an ovarian cyst rupturing and that's when everything went downhill. I expressed to her the pain and how it was a daily cccurence and she switched my birth control a fair amount of times. She even went above and beyond and ordered me a diagnostic laproscopy to check fro endometriosis, which i didn't end up having. After that procedure she forgot who I was...literally. a couple months after I went in and told her I was still in pain and she goes "Well, let's consider doing a diagnostic laproscopy to check for endometriosis." I looked at her confused and said, "I already had that...right?" She has to look through my folder until she realized that yup... that was me. Then, in late 2016, early 2017 I expressed concern about still being on a birth control pill with the upcoming Trump presidency and how everyone was afraid of losing access to it. I wanted to get an IUD. She shouted, "Oh, you millenials!" while laughing in my face. Like other reviews have said, she is cold and arrogant. Bedside manner is a mess and don't question her because she will make you feel stupid. She needs a lesson on body autonomy so she cant stat realizing that she doesn't own her patients' bodies. And what sparked this review, you may ask? I called to ask why my birth control was going up in price and how I couldn't afford it and the receptionist put me on hold to go look at my file and she returns and says its because I was discharged and sent to collections and that they couldn't help me. She said a letter was to be received soon. How about a call? A voicemail? An email? So now I'm without birth control and without help because I couldn't' find the money to pay back i'm guessing one copay and two missing appointment fees, correct me if i'm wrong because the letters they send are few in number and don't address what you're actually paying for. Long story short: realize you deserve better before you get sent to collections.

I was under the impression that she does obstetrics. She does not so now I'm going to have to find a obstetrician when we get released from our fertility clinic.
