I left after 2 months of being here. Dr Van... who I had. He talks down to the parents and if you disagree or say something, he right away says, "I am not goinfnti argue with you Mom/Dad". Even when not arguing... He told me my baby's diaper rash would be there until outgrew diapers which I never heard of. I went back in and got Donna who said would go away and was yeast within two weeks it was gone. The Dr. Told me i could take Vit D and then my baby didn't need it since breast feeding. Come to find out at new Dr. Office not true so off I went to buy that. If Donna was the Dr then I prob would have stayed but happy with new Dr.

Donna is amazing but unfortunately the staff and Dr. Vanguildren are not. For a pediatrician Dr. Vanguildren's demeanor and approach to children and there parents is seriously lacking "bedside manner". My family stuck with Children's Medical group for 18 years only because we really liked Donna and how she handled our children. My wife called to scheduled an appointment for our daughter and she was notified we have been dropped for missing a well check. In 18 years we have never missed a well check! She was told we were mailed notification of said well check but we do not remember receiving that. So after being faithful patients for 18 years our 10 year old daughter was dropped without as much as a phone call? I feel my family was really let down by Dr. Vanguildren and his staff. Now we are left to find another pediatrician and subject our daughter to gaining trust in someone new. If I could give negative stars for them I would simply because of how we were treated in this instance! Unfortunately the feelings of 10 year old girls and patient care are not the top priority for Dr. Vanguildren and his staff!!! Keep chasing that almighty dollar Dr. Vanguildren! So much for the Hippocratic oath......

I have loved the staff here since we first found them 4 years ago! They are always super helpful and I love the system they have to remind me of appointments. Quick and easy checking and rarely have to wait in the waiting room. Highly recommend.
