Trying to schedule an appointment for my newborn with the receptionist, Lisa, has been a complicated and horrible experience. During the three calls we’ve exchanged, she has been extremely rude and her tone has completely deterred my family and I from coming to that practice. She was dishonest about being unable to look up information about my daughter’s insurance, yet seconds later, looked her up and claimed we were assigned to a different office. Basically, “I’m getting off because it’s New Year’s Eve, how dare you not realize it, call back Wednesday, but don’t call back because I’ll give you the runaround about why you can’t be seen here again.” No thank you.
