After taking my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance for years, the corporate office decided to no longer accept my plan. Forcing me to switch to another PCP. It is not acceptable for a practice to drop an insurance plan without any prior notice (and for no good reason, and I've spent a lot of time on the phone complaining to their corporate office)

tufts in frammingham was the worst experience I've ever had.I have been at tufts Boston for 7 years, moved too Worcester, so I went and made appointment at tufts, frammingham. when I got there, they had no record of my appointment, or phone calls, I had too show them my phone logs, to show them I call 2 times, they called me 3 times back, when I got to see doc. 2 days later, I gave urin sample, next day Dr. Lee called me and in a unfriendly way said he did not want me as a patient because my urin tested positive for adfedamines. I'm 64have had 2 heart attacks. never did any street drugs in my life. he said I was an addict.I did research and found that trasadone will test pos. 3 out of 5 times for adphedamines.Dr. Lee never cross checked my meds, he made a poor assumption. when I called mass health to change doctors, they asked why, I told them, mass health said I should Sue him, I have no record of drug abuse or detox hospitals, no police contact for drug or alchohol abuse. I took urins for seven years for tufts in Boston, never a pos. result, I'm looking for an attorney.

Place is clean. I was also greeted by the office manager, although it was a coincident we happened to walk in to the building together. I worked with both receptionists, which were polite and helpful. Compare to the other clinic I have been to, they have done a great job. My PCP was friendly, very thorough with questions. He dug into some of the minor health issues i have encountered, and I was not even aware of. Facilities is clean.Wait time could not be determined, because I had my annual check up, which was scheduled for a specific period of time. But, they were punctual accepting my visit. The other clinic I have been to, even if i was schedule at 2 pm, they will make me wait for 10-15 minutes. I would recommend this facility to other friends.

Doctors are fine like any other doctors but administration is useless. If you want to avoid aggravation of dealing with scheduling and showing up to a canceled appointment because the receptionist is an idiot who doesn’t know how to the job, I would avoid this place.

I second other people - awful organization. I scheduled and was waiting for my appointment for two month. Just days before my appointment I get an email that they have canceled it! Just as easy as that. Because their system does not match ZocDoc system. Then YOU must contact ZocDoc and ask them to delete your office from their database OR fix the problem! Why is it because of YOUR fault patents must suffer?! No apologies whatsoever... "Excellent service". Save your time, go some place that is reliable and actually care about patents.

I called and was told they don't accept NHP because they already accepted a limited number of people on that insurance. They just opened! Stop treating people like credit cards.

I have been going here since I moved to Framingham 2014. Dr.Ravinndran has been my PCP until now 6/18 due to the insurance changes I had to make a tough decision to find another PCP cuz they don't take the insurance I choose.If it wasn't cuz of my other medical treatments I would of stayed with Dr Ravindran.The staff are wonderful.They get stuff done quick Dr Ravindran is a great doctor and his Nurse practitioner. They treat you with respect . I will miss them all.Thank you for everything,!! I highly recommend this place .
