revolving door of dentist and hygienist since Dr. Gomez left (she was the best). Always new staff at front desk, never seem to know what is going on. Will never return after last visit. Arrive to be told that they will not clean my girls teeth due to a balance on the account (would have nice to have been told this when appointment was rescheduled due to there lack of staff). However when I requested there dental records so I could go else were there are multiple notes in the record over the last year stating I have a credit. Many issues here Please look elsewhere, they are very unorganized.

My daughter has been a patient at The Pediatric Dental Group since she was one. She is almost 7 now and truly loves going to the dentist. Each and every dentist, dental hygienist and secretary that works here is top of the line. They are friendly, caring, gentle and kind. I am so grateful that there is a place like this that focuses on just children. They know exactly how to make kids (and parents) feel super comfortable and at ease. They also always have a Disney movie playing in the waiting room, which keeps it really fun. All of the walls are colorfully decorated in an underwater theme which I think is pretty cool too. It's always just an all around wonderful experience. I would recommend The Pediatric Dental Group to anyone who is looking for the best dental care for their children, you will not be disappointed !

My son had really bad toothache and nothing would calm it down and take the pain away. I called the number and they said to call another location, I called the other location and the same woman that didn’t speak good English answered. Then I was transferred on to be put in a voicemail that didn’t belong to anyone. All the whole time my son is screaming in the background. I finally get through to someone and come to my appointment. An hour later I ask for an estimate on how much longer and they said “oh yeah, let me add you to the system.” He is a nervous wreck just being in the debating waiting room. I’m not recommending this place to anyone anymore. They also always cancel my sons cleaning ga that I make six months in advance. Always.

They are excellent all around. There is little to no wait time for your appointment and the staff is skilled in working with children to the nth degree. I love their patience, how they introduce each instrument and its function to my 2.5 year-old, and make him feel so comfortable that he'll sit for a full cleaning. Highly recommend them!!

After a lengthy search I'm so glad we found the milford pediatric dental group. They have been wonderful with my kids who started out fearful of the dentist due to a harsh former dentist. The office is always welcoming and the employees are nothing but kind and nice. My kids love this dentist, they made so much anxiety go away and have helped my kids like coming in for cleanings etc again. I highly recommend.

Worst office staff. Really worst. All they care about is $$s. Without insurance I was paying out of pocket for ever apt. for my son. They had offered me discount as this was out of pocket. And they backed out saying we never had such policy. Even the Dentist who my son used to see, left the practice and guess what they didnt even bother to update us. And we saw someone new. Office staff, including their manager were horrible. The only reason i used to go as the Dentist was really nice and now she has left too, no reason to visit this place!! Good Luck!

The office waiting room was great and the people were nice...BUT when your chold is put in a room with 3 other chairs that have mostly screaming children being held down by there parents while their teeth are cleaned...it creates a very anxious place for young children. I'm not that kind of mom...so we left. You decide what's right for you. They did have a great staff...just a horrible set up. I will never go back.

My kids are seen here by Dr. Gomez. This place is amazing!!! My kids were petrified of the dentist and it would take me hours of convincing to get my kids in the car let alone to the office when it came to dental appointments. The doctors and staff in the office is great and most importantly you do not even feel like you are at the dentist. The office is beautiful! You feel like you are at the aquarium!! You are always greeted with a smile and my kids are always happy when they leave there. I would highly recommend this place especially if your kids are afraid of the dentist. This place rocks!!!

Usually they are great schedule a I’m important cleaning before my daughter gets braces they had no issue and told me I can pay my late bill when I come in. Then the before the appointment someone calls me and tells me the appointment for my daughter is canceled and need to pay 100 before even scheduling again and it’s there policy I explain my daughter appointment for the orthodontist can’t be rescheduled and it would le cost 100 to cancel it needs to say now I have to pay ortho and reschedule for next month needs to say I’m changing my daughter dentist now

My schedule is very demanding and never I have a problem when I need to reschedule short notice. Brought my son in today Jan 24th 2019 for a filling in a small cavity. Incidentally, this is his first cavity. He was nervous and unknown to me, at the reception, he decided to google the procedure. While waiting to start the procedure, he engaged Megan the dental assistant in discussions. Megan was exceptional in allaying his fears. She took her time and patiently explained the procedures to him, by showing him all the instruments that would be used by the doctor. She also engaged him in general conversation. Dr. Gupta too, when she got to know what happened, explained what she was going to do and reassured him that everything would be fine. The staff at the reception was friendly,courteous and professional in attending to us. Despite the bleak weather, our experience at the Pediatric Dental Group of Milford was very nice. Osi

This is the place I would highly recommend for children. They're wonderful with my children, taking their time to communicate with us, also the children. They're gentle with them. My kids always leave content. I have witnessed their patience with another children who were more scared they're amazing at calming them down. The best part? Angel and the dentist were great. Angel, especially, was extremely patient with my super anxious 5yo. We actually came to the Milford location because of Angel... we met her in Franklin location last summer and she was awesome! She makes the dentist fun! Awful practice! Knowingly performs procedures on children that are NOT needed. People reporting they were told their child had 8 cavities only to go for a second opinion and told they have NONE. Drilling children for "soft" teeth, turns out that isnt a thing. I was told my 4yr old had a cavity, went to have it taken care of thankfully he wasn't cooperating before they were going to give him gas and decided to hold off. Took him to a new place given xrays and low and behold NO cavities, not only that he had never had xrays prior to this so how could anyone know he had a cavity.... you can't. But us parents are trusting our children to these people who claim to be professional but care more about billing our insurance companies for procedures that aren't necessary and gassing and drilling our children. People are leaving left and right. Don't be fooled by the disney sign and the nice people, I was and I am thankful my child wasn't drilled and gas for nothing!

Like most kids My son has always hated going to the dentist. However once we started coming to The Pediatric Dental Group it completely alleviated his fears. They are professional, polite and great with kids. He is super proud when they tell him what a great job he did. Love it!

I agree with Bianca and that is primarily the reason we won't be back. I also received a bill that is over the negotiated price for the insurance company so watch your bills carefully because being overcharged is very likely. I had received the claim paperwork from the insurance company almost 2 full months prior to receiving their bill so I'm pretty sure they just figured I'd forgotten about it.

I love the staff here. The assistants are always fantastic and patient with my kids. My 5 year old needed xrays after falling on his face and nicole was so patient when he got scared. And while we were waiting for the doctor, she sat and listened to him talk about dinosaurs and even was looking them up on the computer with him. I did have a crappy experience with their answering service, but not the fault of PDG. These girls all do such an amazing job.we have to go back to have those teeth taken out and I know he will be in great hands.

These people are incredible! I walked in, thinking I had an appointment but I wasn’t on the schedule . They went so far out of their way to accommodate us, despite my error. The front desk administrators Bianca and Gabby were so warm and welcoming! Bianca worked magic! She hopped into action to get my child seen right then and there! Pediatric Dental Group has been such a fantastic experience for my daughter. She just loves the brightly ocean themed lobby with Nemo which is also in the open exam room. The staff is super friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable and caring. They are very thorough and have a delicate touch with extractions. My daughter loves getting a new tooth brush and picking a prize out of the treasure chest at the end of each appointment. I highly recommend Pediatric Dental Group!
