Dr. Martens products are plain and simple amazing! Over the past 30 years I used and owned 12 pairs of their shoes. However, I’m rating the service at that particular location, I bought a pair of boots without their original package, and when I checked them again at home they were in UK size which is fine but it differs than my US size. So I called them and explained the situation and they said that I was welcome to go and change the size. I went the following day for the exchange, only to be met with that rude blonde lady who works there, never greeted and smiled and told me she was busy with another costumer even before I got a chance to talk to her... So I waited until she finished, she called another associate while I was still waiting and standing there, she completely ignored me and told her : make sure this man try the new size and don’t give him the package of the new pair of boots and make sure he doesn’t leave the shop before trying both feet... she said all that while I was still standing with little to no respect to me. Her tone was plain rude and attitude was something unforgivable. I got my first pair without packaging, and I called before coming to that store and the person on the phone said it was ok as long as that I didn’t wear them outside. I never put on the boots, seemed pointless after knowing that the sizing was UK and not US. no one should treat a customer like that, let alone a reputable shoe maker like Dr. Martens.
