I have been a patient of Dr. Graber’s since 2012 and am so happy to see her open her own practice! Not only is she the most competent dermatologist I’ve ever seen, she is also kind, personable, and extremely generous with her time. It is obvious from interacting with her these past few years that she empathizes with her patients and truly cares about helping them feel and look their best. I have visited her new office a couple of times and am very impressed with the space and the staff. The office is bright, modern, and immaculately clean. Everyone I met in her office was friendly and eager to help. If you are in need of a dermatologist, especially if you are fighting with acne or its aftermath, I highly recommend you give the Dermatology Institute of Boston a call.

Don’t go here unless you have an extra $150 to spare just to talk to them. Also just a heads up- you're welcome because their staff sure as hell won’t mention it to you over the phone when making an appointment!

FRAUDULENT billing department. Do not go to the Dermatology institute. Before going to the 10 minute appointment, I called the office TWO times to double check my insurance information and clarify the after insurance cost of the visit. I was told by the employees of the office clearly that I was only liable for $15. Two weeks after the visit, I get a bill for an additional $91. Calling the Dermatology institute back, they sent me on a 2 hour run around through their 3rd party billing provider. Finally, the Office Manager Karen called me back and was extremely abrasive and rude. She told me that the full cost was clarified to me before the appointment which was NOT TRUE. I asked her to pull the call logs and she said she did, 2 minutes later she confirmed that she had LIED and that the office does not actually keep any call logs. This medical provider is liable for the actions and words of their employee. To be guaranteed a price BEFORE the appointment, and then be told AFTER that the price is 6x higher is FRAUDULENT. AVOID this dermatologist at all cost.

After jumping through hoops and all their forms, I tried booking an appointment and my time was continually disrespected. Every appointment I made was then forcefully canceled for someone else. If they can't be professional and respectful with people's time then they don't deserve anyone's business.

Dr. Graber is so wonderful and I wish I went to her sooner! She discovered a melanoma that other dermatologists did not... and she sent me to the best surgeons around. I have to go every 3 months for skin checks. She is so thorough but also very realistic and does not put the fear of God in me for every little mole that I do not need to worry about. Her temperament and manner are also wonderful. I trust her wholeheartedly and would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Graber is amazing. She is a life saver (literally). My father went to several different Doctors in Boston and NYC for pre-cancerous spots on his skin and a few basil cancer spots. He had numerous treatments over a year span. These infected areas just kept coming back. Then he went to Dr Graber and she figured out how to eliminate the bad areas permanently. I also go here for acne and laser hair removal. Her PA Lisa is incredibly kind. She does the laser hair removal for me. Best Dermatologist office in Boston by far.

The dermatology department at Harvard suggested that I see Dr. Graber over 2 years ago after I was experiencing complications with my Accutane treatment. I had horrible cystic acne that disfigured my face and developed about a year prior. My neutrophil levels were falling below the recommended numbers, and the Harvard doctors did not know what to do. I saw Dr. Graber, and not only did she guide me through the rest of my Accutane treatment, but she made my face look like I have never had any serious acne issues. I am currently seeing her for laser treatment, and there is no one I'd trust more than her with the outcome of my appearance. She really lives up to her reputation as the best in the business.

I have been coming here pretty regularly for the past 6 months or so and have been very happy with the care and treatments I have received from both Dr. Graber and her PA, Lisa Statz. The wait time to get an appointment is usually just a week or so which is pretty AMAZING in Boston. Everyone is very polite and welcoming. I am so glad that I broke up with my previous dermatologist and made the move to The Dermatology Institute of Boston. Best decision I ever made.

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Graber and her staff. The Dermatology Institute provides an exceptional, patient-centered experience, from the reception desk to the exam room. After years of battling cystic acne, I found an ally in Dr. Graber, who took the time to explain the ins and outs of various treatments and chose an option we were both comfortable with. She and her PAs were always upbeat, accommodating and thorough in answering my questions, obtaining prescription referrals and offering suggestions for products or treatment adjustments. Dr. Graber came highly recommended by a classmate, and I would in turn recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent dermatologist.

I've been going to the Dermatology Institute of Boston for over two years now, and I can't recommend them highly enough. I've seen both Dr. Graber and Cindy, and they're both FANTASTIC. A lot of dermatology practices I've been to care more about cosmetic stuff and rush through medical patients, but this office spends time with me to make sure all of my needs are discussed. I've also purchased a few products from them (moisturizer and sunscreen), and they're all great!
