Dr. Gara Matthews and the rest of the practice are nothing shy of wonderful. Easily seen and scheduled. Text reminders of appointments are super helpful for busy moms and dads.

I really got the worst response ever while trying to get an appointment for my kids. Front desk asked me to email the medical records initially and later asked me to drop the records at their location in order to get the appointment and they were not sure when that would happen. I’ve made 4 calls and 1 return call. First one asked me to hold and no response for 10 minutes. Second one told me they’re not accepting new patients, okay very good. And by mistake I called them again while checking google, Front desk asked me email the medical records initially and later asked me to drop at their location in order to get the appointment and they were not sure when that would happen. finally I got a call back and the lady said no appointments available for another 6 months. Great service!

Dr. Gara, Dr. Friedberg and their whole pediatric office staff are, in a word, "amazing". They are everything you hope for in a pediatric group: extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, compassionate and thorough. All of that, with a sense of humor. :) They truly care about their patients, and it shows. My 3 children (11, 8, and 3) have been under her care since my oldest was born, and I would never dream of leaving (despite the 45 minute ride). We LOVE you guys!!!

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced here and the two nurses were AMAZING! They took the time to make sure that it was done properly, they fully explained everything to me and it went smoothly and quickly. Definitely put me at ease.

Amazing pediatric group, cant be happier, have been with this group for over 5 years, The physicians have called us after hours and over the weekends to inquire about our kids health as a follow up, very sad that we are leaving out of state and I am very worries that I can not find a pediatric as good as this one, they have really set the bar very high. Would highly recommend.
