If i could give this office a no star rating, i would. I had an absolutely awful experience with this association. My now almost six month old son has been seen here since he came out of the hospital. We were having trouble being there on scheduled time for transportation reasons (he was originally seen at the west Bridgewater office, and i do not own a car, i have to rely on friends and family for rides. We ended up switching to the oak street office in Brockton, where i could take the bus.) And for basic baby reasons aswell. (spit up while in the car seat/pooped/panicked etc.. Had to be taken out to be changed or calmed down) And they were so rude to me about it and very unhelpful and tried to talk down to me and belittle me to make me feel like a bad mother. They even have harrassed me with DCF numerous times with false and over exaggerated information. They don't care about your child or thier well being, and will accuse you of being a bad parent and call authorities on you for missing any appointments or being late because they only care about everything being on thier time and making watever money they can. I personally do not think that any of these people should work with children if they cannot understand that certain things like being late or canceling because your child doesn't feel good happens, and no good parent is going to pick ONE OF YOUR DOCTORS time over thier childs. I was seen here as a young kid aswell and never had problems or felt disrespect to this extent, but that was also with a diffrent doctor. Feel free to make watever decision regarding to wether or not you would have your children seen by any of these doctors, im sure there are very good and decent people who work at this office. I just wanted to state my situation because i am now having to go to court for false accusations regarding to how i care for my child because of the lies that this office keeps telling DCF because they don't like that i do things on me and my sons time, not thiers. UPDATE/EDIT: My son is now 3 years old and shortly after having this issue I switched his pediatrician, and did so again recently because of a big move. Since this incident with the 'Pedi from hell', I have not had any issues with DCF or getting proper/decent care for my son. What this specific doctor did was wrong and very traumatizing to me as a new Mother. DCF investigated the accusations they were making which turned out to be a lot of ridiculous nonsense (including that they had saw me walking the streets of Brockton with a strange man and my son looking very high which was quickly and easily disapproved with evidence) did home visits for my son and I, found us a lot of local support like EI which I was very thankful for and quickly closed our case once they had realized the unbelievably and unnecessary hard time this Doctor was giving me. They also told me that I had every right to try and sue for slander but I unfortunately did not have the resources, time or money to go forward with any legal action. Sadly most cases aren't so easily disapproved but I am lucky that DCF was a blessing in our lives more than anything. They are no good switch your dreams now I would not trust the Dr kay is way better and cares about your kids and takes good care of them if you stay with these drugs good luck

I've been with them for 11 years (have 3 children). Never had any problems. They're very helpful, always trying to solve any issues, always on the other side of the phone line (which is not so obvious at different places), always call back if asked. Dr Fabrikant is an experienced, very attentive doctor. Always is trying to include my opinions and concerns in all the conversations and decisions. Highly, highly recommend!

I have been with these pediatricians for over 20 years (sad we need to leave soon) and they have had nothing but the best interest for my children. I think if you have a problem with parenting they are always there to help and they do not report anyone for no reason. A lot of my friends and family bring their children there and they all love them as well. Not everyone will click with a doctor, but there are many to choose from, male and female. The best thing is they are open 365 days a year. I will miss them when we leave. Thank you Pediatric Associates doctors and staff

I'm so grateful I got a recommendation to come here. The Atrius pedi practice my newborn was going to was not cutting it. You had to go through a thousand prompts just to speak to someone, barely could get a hold of doctor without pushing through secretaries and nurses, and feeling like I had to come in multiple times a week just to talk to someone. This practice is THE OPPOSITE. When you call you actually get a human being. The people that work there are accommodating and friendly. No one talks down to me being a first time mom and they listen. In my son's short life so far we have met a lot of doctors and Dr. Tan was the only one that made me feel like I wasn't crazy. She also seemed very knowledgeable about infant reflux and feeding. She has been the only doctor that asked me about milk production versus just giving him formula. If you are looking for a pediatrician definitely consider coming here.

I have two children there for 9 years now. Dr Zaman is AWESOME. So caring and compassionate and makes my kids feel so special when she remembers something from their last appointment. Truly a caring Doctor. I’ve had some issues with front desk but I have to say the resolved it immediately and it’s been great ever since. Highly recommend them!
