Horrible. This doctor has not respect for his patients time. If you do go there, plan about an hour to just be seen. I just went the other day and he made me wait over an hour to be seen for an appointment that was scheduled months back. He was clearly overbooked and that appears to be his booking procedure. Then I went back for a follow up and they made me wait for over 45 minutes before I decided to leave. That is completely inexcusable. They lost this patient. So if you do go, just plan on about an HOUR from the scheduled appointment to be seen. Good luck!

I'd like to recommend Dr.Grossman to everyone who wants to have the best possible care and no issues during their pregnancies. Michael Grossman can be totally trusted, he knows what he is doing and has got tons of experience! We live in Somerville so our commute wasn't easy, but it was completely worth it. At his office we never waited for more than 15-20 minutes when there were a lot of clients, and no more than 3-5 minutes when it wasn't that busy. The personnel was very friendly and polite. Another reason to go to him is that he takes deliveries at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, MA. That hospital is in the top 10% of all the hospitals in USA. They really TAKE CARE of you over there! Thank you very much Dr. Michael Grossman for the delivery of our little princess!

We always want to give the best to our kids, but when you just plan to have a baby and when he is in your belly, the best we can do is to have a great care from OB doctor. I was very happy that I found such a careful and educated doctor.Michael Grossman very responsible and has amazing personality. I live in South Shore, my commute was not easy but it was totally worth it! Thank you so much, I had the best care and was able to reach you even during mid night if I had any questions!

If you speak Russian and you can only explain that "it burns" - don't worry, Mrs. Grossman can translate everything to her husband! I am extremely grateful to Dr Grossman for delivering my first baby. I chose to do it in a natural way without epidural and he was very supportive in doing everything possible to help me have a natural birth. He was very attentive and kind during every one of my prenatal visits, making me feel comfortable and confident, answering list upon lists of questions and assuring me that everything will go well. Giving birth was just as I wanted, without epidural, oxytocin and tears during birth. I should mention that Dr. Grossman's shift was over by the time my baby was ready to be born; yet he still chose to stay longer so he could deliver my baby. My baby was very large (10.7lb) and his shoulder got stuck, but doctor Grossman was ready and quick to react and quickly released his shoulder without any damage to my baby or myself. He was always very attentive to all my questions and concerns and always professional. Thank you for everything! I can’t recommend Dr. Grossman enough! When I will get pregnant again, I would not even consider having any other doctor delivering my child! Thank you Dr. Grossman! Did I mention he has an amazingly supportive wife Rimma, that is also an office manager and speaks Russian, so if Russian is your first language, this will be a dream come true for you! thank you, Viktoria and Platon

Dr grossman was my doctor who I chose to deliver my first baby girl. After days of research online I chose Dr. Grossman. Everything I read was true. He is smart, patient, gentle and kind. The girls in the office always greeted us with a smile, and always had us leaving the office with one and maybe even a couple laughs.. they were incredible. They day of my induction Dr grossman was there for me from morning until night. I ended up needing a c-section (my worst fear) and Dr. Grossman assured me everything would be ok.. I trusted him with my life and my babies life. I felt very defeated after pushing for hours and not being able to have my baby naturally. He made me feel so much better repeating to me it wasn’t my fault and I did all I could do. He did my c-section and I never once questioned being in his care. I was told a million times after - “oh you had Doctor grossman? He should have been a plastic surgeon in another life, his incisions are incredible” phewf!!!! I’m so happy I chose him as my doctor for my Baby and I. If I ever have another pregnancy he will be the first one I call. Thank you Doc!!! Brian and I couldn’t thank you enough.

I was lucky to have Dr.Grossman as my OB/GYN during my first pregnancy. Every our meeting was full of optimism and professionalism. I was prescribed exactly what I needed and felt very comfortable seeing the care and high professional skills of my doctor. First pregnancy is a serious step and I wanted everything to be perfect. I wanted to feel all the moves of my baby and go through all the process together with my son. That's why the question of anesthesia didn't stand for me. Dr. Grossman strongly supported me and I had natural delivery. The time I came to the hospital I was revealed by the welcoming home-like atmosphere. The staff was devoting and tend to my every need. The delivery was easy and I'll not hesitate for another one! I highly recommend Dr. Grossman. He is the best!

I come from Russia and before coming to the US we’d done a lot of research to choose an obstetrician to deliver our first baby. We looked through hundreds of doctors’ profiles in different states and Dr.Grossman was exactly who we were looking for. He is the best doctor I’ve ever met in my whole life. First of all, he is personally involved in the care of his patients, paying attention to every single detail. Then he adheres to the principle that natural birth is the best and gave me every chance to deliver my baby myself. But at the same time in the stressful situation during my delivery when my baby got stuck, he kept calm, told me about all the possible options and brilliantly performed a C-section with his unique, state of the art technique and my incision is almost invisible now. And finally, Dr.Grossman is a really nice, caring and positive person and there’s great atmosphere of care and friendliness in his office. We can’t thank Dr.Grossman and amazing staff enough for being always there for us and for the most incredible and unforgettable experience we had! Becoming Dr.Grossman’s patient was the most important decision in my life as my baby and I are perfectly healthy and happy. We’re gonna miss Dr.Grossman so much!

Choosing the right OB/GYN doctor should be a priority for every woman. I am a Registered Nurse myself and I am very picky when it comes to my own health care needs. Dr. Grossman is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is very knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful, up-to-date on all the new advances in medicine, highly skilled surgeon, attentive with great bed-side manners. Overall truly an amazing doctor who cares about his patients. Nowadays it is not an easy task to find a doctor with such qualities. The office staff are very good as well, polite and very well trained. Ultrasound services are conveniently available in the office and the laboratory is located in the same building. Highly recommend for all your OB/GYN care. P.S. Had hysterectomy done by Dr. Grossman a few years ago. Received VIP treatment, speedy recovery, invisible scar and was back to gym in 3 weeks!!! Thank you, Dr. Grossman!!!

Dr. Grossman and his staff are truly the best! They are always professional, caring, and understanding! Each appt. I have I feel listended too and always leave feeling so cared for! This is my first pregnancy and Dr. Grossman referred me to the best fertility clinic letting me know I will get pregnant and I did on the first try! He listened to all my concerns and questions no matter how silly and has done a great job making me feel as safe as he can as my last trimester has been a bit stressful. I would recommend him to anyone!

ABOUT JOSE BOBADILLA'S 1-STAR REVIEW. Doctor Grossman saved my wife's life - three times. OB/ GYN's sometimes have their schedules back up because they have unexpected visits to the maternity ward to deliver children. Further, Dr. Grossman actually takes the time with his patients to answer their questions. He isn't running an appointment mill practice. If you want lower standard care, by all means worry about the office running late. If you want the best OB/GYN in the US, it might be worth it to wait, occasionally. This is one great doc.

Always calm, confident and patient, makes sure you understand what is happening to you and sets your expectations. His extraordinary care made prenatal and postnatal visits, as well as the C-section the best medical experience I've ever had. If we happen to have more kids, Dr. Grossman will be the one delivering them. And one more thing to mentio, if there's ever a Nicest C-Section Stitches Contest, I am so winning it!

Best doctor ever. Very knowledgeable, with great attention to details and excellent bedside manners, he is #1 ObGyn I would recommend to anyone. He has very vast experience in the field, no matter if you need just annuals, or pregnancy checkups and delivery, or surgery. Dr Grossman’s practice is very well organized, super clean and cozy, the staff are nice and friendly, the ultrasound technician Rebecca Adams is just great, and I never had to wait for a significant amount of time. Dr. Grossman would always take his time answering my questions and never left any of my concerns unattended. His answers were always very clear, the reasons of his decisions always explained, and I as a patient was treated with great respect at all times by him and his team likewise. He visited me in the hospital after the surgery and made sure that not only my and the baby’s physical condition was great but also my emotional state was taken proper care of. He went through every little detail with other specialists (anesthesiologists, nurses, who were amazing too, btw, etc) before my surgery and I could see they were working as a team after it, too. I’m immensely thankful!

Great doctor, but his staff lacks compassion and professionalism. I was scheduled to have a procedure and I called many times to try to move it closer and was told in a curt manner that there was nothing available and that he was going on holiday. I had no choice than to find another doctor willing to take me on due to my concerns. It turned out that the procedure that i was scheduled for was just going to be a band aid for the issue at hand and had to have a hysterectomy. I had to call on a couple of occasions to obtain records and again I was treated poorly by Dr.Grossman's staff. Right before my surgery i was told that my medical records couldn't be released because he was on holiday, I asked to speak with a manager and she too was on holiday. Somehow my records were released 2 days prior to my surgery. Again, great doctor but awful staff and as a result I'm no longer a patient.
