I completely agree with other reviews about the unbelievable wait time and staff being money hungry. I have visited 3 times in 3 months with no solution, racking up quite a cost. Additionally, there is no respect for patient's time. When I finally saw Dr. Foster after waiting over an hour, he said that he couldn't help me and immediately turned around and walked out of the room.

Dr. Foster is a very dedicated, brilliant doctor, and the team he has in place on staff are amazing, too. People come to see him from all over the world, with good reason. If you have uveitis, or any other complicated immune issue with your eyes, it is well worth it to check in with Dr. Foster or Dr. Anesi, or any of the other doctors who are on MERSI's staff.

The doctors may be great but the facility and efficiency is terrible! They have only one room where corneal stitches can be removed and that room is "rented out an monopolized but an outsider?!" We had to wait 3 hours to have 1 stitch removed

The doctors are very money minded here. I went there for a follow up and Dr Anesi did not even examine my eye. I wasted my time and money for nothing.

My wife Andrea and I have been going there for 2 years for her treatments and words can't describe how blessed and thankful we are to have Dr. Foster as her Doctor. He has saved her eyesight and her life due to his expertise and knowledge. The staff is exceptional as well, and again we owe a debt of gratitude and thanks to Dr. Foster. God Bless

It was Dr Foster who finally determined my diagnosis after I'd seen a myriad of drs and specialists at more than several different faciluties..that was decades ago. After going into remission I lost contact with him but thankfully tracked him down recently when I became quit ill..he is so thorough, professional and empathetic. He is an angel of tge highest order, probably saved my life not just my sight.

First and last time at that office ...they have no respect for a patients time which I watched first hand in the "waiting room" (boy is that an appropriate name there) with other patients. Only when Dr Borodic and Sarah helped did I get any consideration. Rude and uncaring to the five people waiting

Doctors are top notch!! Can not say enough good things about them!!! Staff and efficiency, however, are awful. Plan to be there all day as staff are very slow to get anything done.

Dr. Foster, simply put, saved my life. He uncovered an autoimmune disease that was attacking my eyes, but also silently attacking my kidneys. If not for him and the tests he did, I would have gone into renal failure and died in a few months time. I can't praise him and his staff enough. Thank you!

I had a recent appointment at MERSI, and I was very impressed. The staff all treated me professionally and courteously. I didn't have to wait very long at all to be called in to see the technician and then Dr Foster. Dr Foster is the best eye doctor I have ever had. I would wait all day to see him if I had to.

Dr Foster is amazing! The wait is unacceptable however, being seen at 11am for a 9am appt is a bit much. Over booking appts and inefficient office staff.

Great doctors, but money hungry front desk staff very rude calling before the appointment telling me how much I owe before I can be seen even though my insurance company is saying they shouldn't be charging for service that you have not received.
