Never had such a great experience in my life! Dr. Wu is amazing professional with the ton of energy and positive vibes! She was on top of everything during my complicated pregnancy. Delivery was piece of cake compared to my first one. Highly recommended! Thank you Dr Wu, you are the best!!!!

ladies, if you are concerned about having endometriosis, DO NOT go to dr Wu! I have been suffering from irregular periods & pain since i was about 13 & my grandmother recommended me to see dr Wu. I went to appointment after appointment to try to figure out what was causing my pain, tried plenty of different birth controls, and even had a surgery done by dr Wu to see if i had endometriosis (which runs in my family). i knew there was something wrong with my body & after the surgery Dr Wu diagnosed me with irritable bowel syndrome which does not explain why i was getting my period 2-3 times a month or even for a whole month straight with excruciating pain. After hearing I was “fine” i was devastated because that meant i had to continue with the pain i had been enduring, so i got myself an appointment with a endometriosis specialist who did another laparoscopic surgery yesterday. I was diagnosed with endometriosis, which Dr Wu told me was just IBS, & it was found in four different places. Dr Wu may be good at delivering babies & regular obgyn procedures & check ups, but i would not recommend going to her for endometriosis.

She has been/is still taking care of me through my pregnancy and is amazing. She cares so much and treats you like an individual not just another patient. Very happy with her as my OB. She was recommended to me by my friend who had her son with her help almost 3 years ago.

This office is amazing and thorough! Staff is extremely kind and helpful as well as all doctors in this practice. I would recommend this office for everyone! Labor was made a breeze for myself with the help of Dr.Wu who was not even my primary OB but was the on call doctor for the holiday of which I delivered. 10/10

Dr. Jennifer Wu was a great doctor. She delivered 3 children for my relative and was recommended to me years ago when I need to have fibroids removed. She had done a great job and told me everything I need to know before and post surgery. She is quite straightforward. I was impressed that almost all the hospital staff I saw, to prepare for the surgery, told me she was a great doctor (I didn't ask for their opinion). I continue to see doctor Wu since then. Before seeing Dr. Wu, doing annual Pap Smear was always a nightmare to me. Once a doctor had to stop the procedure halfway as I can not bear the pain. I never feel painful again ever since Dr. Wu's gifted hand did it. A great relief indeed.

I liked Dr. Wu but members of her office staff are unpleasant and downright mean. Don't you dare ask an insurance question because you'll be scolded by Katie who blatantly lets it be known that you are a idiot for taking the time to make sure certain procedures will be covered. I was on hold for Katie and listened to her badmouth me and my insurance company to a co-worker before she acknowledged my presence on the phone. Dr. Wu on the other hand is thorough and leaves no stone unturned. She was nice, patient, and friendly. I feel comfortable with Dr. Wu but unsure if I will return to her practice because of her staff. I am the type of person that keeps my mouth shut unless I have something nice to say but as a practice administrator myself it may be in Dr. Wu's interest to give her staff a pep talk.

I am pregnant with my first child and have been seeing Dr. Wu for the past several months. Everyone that I have seen and interacted with at the office and over the phone has been very pleasant, professional, and competent. I became ill a month ago and had to call Dr. Wu a couple of times after hours. She returned my call within minutes and made follow up phone calls to me to see how I was doing, which I was very appreciative of and impressed with. Physicians have very demanding careers and I know she sees many people, but it has been nice to see a doctor who I feel truly cares about me and I feel like she genuinely wants the best for her patients.

This was my first visit to a gynecologist, so understandibly I was extremely nervous, especially because I had heard it was a “horrible” thing to go through. However, I was immediately greeted with a very friendly receptionist. The wait was a bit long, considering that it is a very busy doctor’s office, but I didn’t mind. Her nurse was very friendly, and as they were asking me questions, they made me feel comfortable. The appointment was long, because she had so many patients behind me, but I didn’t mind. Dr Wu is extremely on top of everything, and made me feel comfortable from the moment that I walked into her office, along with her wonderful staff, who were nice from the moment I walked in the door, til’ the moment I closed the door on my way out. My grandmother and my step mother both trust in Dr Wu, who has many many years of experience, and from these reviews, so do many others. They answered all of my questions without skipping a beat or complaining, and it was a great doctor’s office! 10/10 would recommend Dr Wu!!

One of the worst practices in the area. Billed for a massive facility/procedure charge whereas the visit was just about consultation for under 15 minutes. She was not even well informed on my wife's case, started discussing about which week the pregnancy is whereas my wife already had miscarriage (in full knowledge and post-mc guidance of Dr. Wu). Wish there was some ethics involved in this practice!

Dr Wu is best!!!!!! She is very professional and confident. She did very good care of my high risk pregnancy. It went soo well. Staffs at the office are also very pleasant and cooperative.

Dr. Wu delivered my child without any complications - the whole experience was a breeze thanks to her very attentive care. I know many moms in the area go to Winchester but Melrose Wakefield and Dr. Wu offer fabulous care.
