I love Dr. Lowney, and he has the "BEST" staff ever! I've always wanted bigger breast, and after some research, I found Dr. Lowney. During my first visit, I knew I had my team. They are the best, we talked at length about my anatomy and which implants would look best. Originally I was going to go with 350ccs but after trying on the implants and taking into account my broad build, I decided to take his advice and go with 475ccs. It's only been one month, and I could not be happier. I know my next check-up is in 5mths, but I may just have to stop by and say hi.

I love Dr. Lowney and all the staff and nurses. My last obgyn i had issues with the desk staff and a few nurses, who were unpleasant through out my pregnancy, so i switch with my second pregnancy. Ive only been going for 2 going on 3 months, but i have to say everyone is very pleasant and caring so far. I enjoy my experience with them so far and i never wait too long to go in. Which is always a plus. Definitely recommend them.

As a husband you get very serious about surgery on your soul mate. We traveled the US and consulted with the best of the best and Dr. Lowney was our choice. Dr. Lowney and his team are on top of the latest techniques and best equipment. His skill was amazing, and his caring personality can be seen in all of the employees. We had five children over the years. With surgery and lasers the damage is gone. If you are looking for OB/GYN services I can highly recommend Highland OB/GYN and Dr. Lowney. He is a real genuine person as well.
