I’ve called to schedule an appointment multiple times over the past few months. The receptionists are COMPLETELY rude, disregard you and will tell you to just to go to your primary care physician. I haven’t had treatment for any of my personal issues because my gynecologists office refuses to even set up an appointment. Worst doctors I’ve ever had.

I love Dr Myers. We moved and I travel 40 minutes each way just so I can still see her. She has a lot of compassion, incredibly knowledgeable, treats you like a person, and makes you feel 100% comfortable. Her front desk staff is awesome as well. My first phone call was dealing with Cindy and she was so friendly and informative. I was pregnant for the first time and she stayed on the phone with me for probably ten minutes explaining how everything works there (I had previously seen Dr Myers in her Worcester location, so i was new to this office). She was so friendly and patient with me. I was honestly blown away by her demeanor. I'm a manager for a dental office and could only dream of having a receptionist like her. Overall, this is a very welcoming place.
