I have had my annual here for the past 2 years. The staff here is wonderful!!! Kelly Pastor made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions. She took the time to chat with me and I didn’t feel rushed at all! I have never had to wait long periods of time in the waiting area either. I recommend this OBGYN office to everyone!! I also love that they offer in office ultrasounds and lab draws!!

Our first ever visit when my wife was 2 months. Some of the staff were rude. They should understand that not everyone knows about all the process and procedure during pregnancy. A woman at the front desk was polite and even followed up for a week with us though. Since our first visit did not go well, We ended up going to different obgyn and delivered our baby.

Dr. Anju Nayar has been very caring and kind throughout my pregnancy. Personally i get worried easily but she was always there for me clarifying all my worries and made me strong.I am really lucky to have Dr. Nayar for my first pregnancy. Without Dr Nayar, my delivery wouldn't have been smooth. She is knowledgeable. My husband and I cannot thank enough Dr. Nayar for everything she has done for us. Burlington OB/GYN staffs are very friendly. I strongly reccomend Dr.Nayar and Burlington OB/GYN

Dr.Nayar is the absolute WORST doctor in that practice .. she does not follow protocols about keeping records of ur visits nor does she care about the well being of her patients .. i highly suggest you choose a different doctor if you are a patient there

CLINIC: Located at center of Burlington, MA and very close to I95, the clinic is on 1st floor and has ample parking. It's neither big nor too small. I would have visited at least 10-12 times and while seating area is big, the waiting time was never more than 5 mins. FACILITY: Good. I went in happy and always returned happy. Blood tests were done at clinic. And they also have ultrasound in-house. Note sure if it’s common but for my previous pregnancy had to travel to a Cambridge clinic for each ultrasound. Having it here at clinic means, apart from seeing the baby, was able to take pictures of her home! And the ultrasound was always followed by doctor appointment so that saved a lot of time. STAFF: Staff was friendly and for all appointments got timely reminders from them via call and also via email from their automated system. They also accommodated my few last minute reschedule requests. Allison - who took most of my ultrasound was very kind & helpful and used to explain everything shown on screen. DOCTOR: I was lucky to have Dr. Nayar! After having my son thru C-section 5 years back, the painful road to recovery was always on my mind. I had learned about VBAC and let Doctor know it’s something I wished for. Dr. Nayar detailed me about the same and how I would be a good candidate. She was very compassionate, knowledgeable and always listened to my unending list of questions. Right from 2nd month visit to delivery in the Winchester hospital, she was a pillar of support. Pregnancy months went smoothly and after waiting for almost 41 weeks, the contractions started. There were few days of false labor pains where I contacted Dr. Nayar at 2-3 AM. I could always count on her. On the D-Day, rushed to Winchester at 5 AM where Dr. Nayar joined in no time. And in few hours gave birth to a healthy angel, and got discharged on 3rd day. Thank god VBAC was totally worth it. If I have a supporting doctor like Dr. Nayar, I would loved to have more, but at 37 I think I will just chill.

I have been going to this office for years for regular yearly exams and have recently in the past year experienced my first pregnancy. Every single person that works here is friendly and warm and inviting. Any anxiety I had was eased instantly. Labor and delivery is of course very scary and nerve wracking but I never worried for a second about the care my doctors would give me. Even since delivery in my postpartum appointments I feel comfortable and at ease. How many times do you hear a person actually enjoy going to the doctors office? And that is something so important when you have so many appointments while pregnant. You honestly could not find a better OBGYN office.

Fantastic office. They really seem to care about me as a patient and everyone has been great to work with. I previously went to a large office in the area that had a really good reputation - it seriously came highly recommended! However, I was....less than impressed. Long wait times, inconsiderate staff....The doctor was nice enough, but were they worth the hassle? My family recommended I find a new office and I'm glad I listened to them because I scheduled myself an appointment here and realized what I had been missing out on. I felt like I was only a number in the previous office - here I feel like the staff actually cares about me. Also, I want to note that one of the reasons for the lower stars for this office is someone complained about their policy of canceling an appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. I, for one, appreciate the policy as it means that as a patient, I'm not going to wait over an hour for an appointment (which I had to do at the previous office!). Yes, Boston traffic sucks, and yes, it can be suuuuper inconvenient to reschedule, but I appreciate the policy. It shows respect for all the other patients' time. I just make sure I leave extra early! Also, so far I haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes before being called in, which is amazing! I just wish I had found this office sooner, but I'm glad to be here now!

I waited 2 months for this appointment... I got a reminder call stating I need a referral... then she realized they had their referral...then I got an email a couple days before my appointment... then I go there promptly only to hear them say... sorry we're not accepting your insurance !!! Ok what happened ? They had all my insurance info?! Rudely said too bad and off I went...I would NEVER go there again

I recently changed from this OBGYN because they were very unorganized. Many times the Michelle appointments or would call and ask me to schedule an appointment for the that day or the next. This was frustrating on top of ordering the wing tests twice. The physicians were fine but only had apologies for all these mishaps and no changes to the services were compensated. So look for red flags early if you decide to use them for pregnancy purposes, pregnancy is stressful enough

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Burlington OB! Dr. Brown delivered my baby in 2015 and she was amazing! Dr. Nayer and Dr. Brown where there for us every step of the way! My husband and I had plenty of questions and they were both always there to answer to answer all of them! The level of care I have received from Burlington Ob has been phenomenal! I have recently started to see Dr. Cho and I couldn’t be happier! She is very knowledgeable and kind! I look forward to being a patient of Burlington-Ob for many years to come!

Dr.Nayar is one of the best OB Gyn my wife has met in this county. She was not only caring towards my wife but also towards my new born. She was ready to listen to my wife’s concern even at late night. She took all the time needed to discuss my wife’s medical issues --- did not make us feel rushed. We were in and out in a timely manner. All the staffs in Burlington ObGyn were friendly and excellent. I have and will continue to recommend Burlington OB/GYN.

I am so blessed to have had Dr. Nayar as my gynecologist. She walked me through every step in the journey of my pregnancy with reassurance, support and a gentle smile. The staff of Burlington ObGyn are exceptional. The ladies at the front desk, the lab staff and ultrasound staff, the NP and PA, all of them were always so polite and helpful. I had always had someone to answer my questions at any time if I called the office. This was the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. There are obviously a lot of unknowns and doubts every first time parents have during the pregnancy and labor. Dr. Nayar always made sure that we were completely informed about what’s going on, at the same time always tried to calm me at every point and made me feel very hopeful and positive. Where do I even begin to praise Dr. Nayar and the staff at Burlington OB. Dr Nayar has delivered both of my boys (ages 3 & 4.5months) and both times were great experiences. Their office is open and the front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. I’ve always been taken back for vitals quickly, the nurses are great! The few times I had to wait longer than usual they were great about letting me know. They have an ultrasound tech in office and Allison is wonderful. Kelly Pastor & Dr Nayar are both great at what they do. They’re attentive and caring and have never made me feel rushed. The care they show their patients is obvious by the wall of pictures of families they’ve delivered. Whether you’re looking for an OBGYN to guide you through pregnancy or for your annual, Burlingtion OBGYN is who I recommend to everyone I know.

I saw Kathy Leonard today after needing a new provider as my former GYN retired. Kathy was so pleasant, professional, knowledgable and kind. She truly made me feel I was partnering in my care with her and not being 'talked to.' She asked a lot of pertinent questions and did a thorough exam. I have not been under the care of a female practitioner in many years and the appt went so well! I wish there were more health care providers like Kathy out there! I highly recommend Kathy and the practice.

I've been a patient for years. For the first time ever I was 15 minutes late for an appointment and was told I couldn't be seen even though the waiting room was empty. I took the morning off and was told I would need to reschedule. I have always had to wait because the Dr. Was running behind and I have never complained. Very disappointing.
