I had a last minute insurance change right before an appointment and Nancy (the woman at the front desk) was soooo helpful in pointing me in the right direction, she was very knowledgeable, thank goodness for people like her with our current crazy health plans in Mass. Barbara Graves was also very thorough with her examination and she made me very comfortable.

Dr Robillard does not get back to you about your test, Called 3 days in a row and noone returned the callss still do not have the results. Front desk and nurse were fine.
