The admin staff have always been able to get me in quickly when it is urgent and are very professional and friendly. The PA that I have seen there is a great listener, patient, explains well and has always figured out the problem correctly. I drive an hour to this office because nobody closer has such good service!

My pediatrician diagnosed my 3 year old son for Molluscum but didn’t really give me information about it so I made an appointment with Dan Kwiecien. We had such a great experience!! Dan made everything seem so simple and he was so great with my son! We were in and out so quickly and everything was resolved. Anyway, great doctors, great staff, no press blank for blank when you call, can get appointment for same day if urgent, small place (not big medical facility), free to park...the list of pluses goes on and on!!

Had an appointment was rushed in by the MA , didn’t give me enough time to explain why I was there. Then the Dr came in and rushed me as well, diagnosed me with things that I wasn’t sure is and didn’t give me a chance to even ask questions before saying okay your all set. I do not recommend this place the staff at front desk seemed like the only people who did not rush me .

I've been seeing Dr Viders since I was a teenager, for over 25 years. I've seen several of the doctors and medical assistants and they've all been great! They've helped me solve my skin issues when others could not. I went today and literally waited only one minute to be seen. They were quick, efficient, and kind. Dr Viders is awesome, he helped me as teenager and is helping me again as my skin ages! And I'm pretty sure he hasn't aged a day! Great job Auburn Dermatology!

Simply put, Dr. Viders is the best. Being in the entertainment business skin health is very important. I am based primarily on the West Coast and I still refuse to see anyone but Dr. Viders and his amazing staff when it comes to my skin. Very disappointed in my results. Went to have a cluster of blackheads on my cheek. Also had 3 other skin tags “removed”. It has now been a little iver a month and I still have all of the same issues. When I went back Matt told me to buy some topical ointment. Use it 3 times a day and in a few weeks I should notice a change. Unacceptable!

My health care insurance is a fairly new company based out of the mid west and not many health care providers are aware of this company, after calling Auburn Dermatology and asking if they accept my insurance i was told to wait a bit so they can reach out to my insurance. After doing so i found out that my insurance was good and I was scheduled a appointment for the same day and even had a small operation done same day. I was in and out within 30 minutes, the best doctors appointment I’ve showed up to in a long time...

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Dr. Viders is incredibly unprofessional, rude, arrogant and lacks ANY bedside manner. He talked down to my mother and didn’t let her explain her situation at all. He was completely unhelpful and dismissive of all of my mothers concerns and seemed like he wanted to get in and out of the room as fast as possible. He mocked my mother, who has been losing her hair drastically since last year, making a poor tasted joke about her going bald and was clearly judging her for being unemployed due to her being disabled. She was so upset and I wanted to just get up and leave so we did not have to deal with his abuse anymore. He also did not even explain to my mother his plan of action for her situation and rudely said it to the nurse,Mindy, as he rushed out of the room. If I did not despise Dr.Viders so much I would have given a higher rating just for Mindy. She was thorough, attentive and actually sat down with my mother to explain what the dr had said and the regimen he wanted her to do. Needless to say we are never going back to this practice and Dr. Viders should find a new profession.

When I first went to Auburn Dermatology I was in extreme pain from very irritated eczema. I've been dealing with this pain on and off for 6 years using lotions that didn't work. Thanks to the professional staff at Auburn Dermatology my eczema is almost completely cleared up. And the women in the waiting room are great. Thank you Auburn Dermatology.

I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism shown by Dr. Vider and Nurse Mindy and his staff. From the moment I walked into the office I experienced a fun, relaxed environment and the registration process was a breeze. I was nervous at first having my mole removed as it’s very near to my eye but Dr. Vider and nurse Mindy made me feel at ease after having a conversation with them and them explaining the procedure. They were both very professional and kind. My visit yesterday certainly made my visit worth it! If you are looking for a dermatologist , I highly recommend Dr. Vider’s office.

I love this place. Dr Viders and his PA's have always been very good to me. I see mostly the PA's now for a quicker appointment which is fine because I have great faith in them and they listen and more important to me they act on the problem immediately. I cant say enough about the care I have received there going back to when they were in Southbridge. Oh yeah, contrary to some reviews here I have always had pleasant experiences with the gals at the front desk. They are professional but still laugh at my corny jokes. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal place. Highly, highly recommend. Had a very suspicious looking mole. Called this morning in a panic. Jill answered the phone and was lovely and professional. She fit me in with Dan the Physician’s Assistant. I was nervous not being able to see a “doctor“. Those fears immediately dissipated when Dan and his medical assistant Tami walked in. Full body scan, thorough explanations, extremely competent. I would give 10 stars if I could. Exceptional doctors office.
