At this point I wish there was a lower rating than 1 star. I am so unbelievably disappointed in the experiences my poor mother and I have both had to deal with while seeing Dr. Salami. I feel as though she is only in the business for the money and has no care or concern for the patients. Two years in a row now I have gone in for a yearly appointment (no co-pay needed for a yearly per my insurance) and both times I have now been charged for my copays due to the doctor asking me questions and it leading into conversations about other issues or concerns in my health that a gynecologist should not be concerned with as i have a primary care. Due to this I have received numerous bills for lab work that because they don't file it as a yearly my insurance is trying to charge me for. Had it been filed correctly I would never be charged. After reaching out and contacting them I have been told they change the coding to an office visit to stop us from having to come back in. All of the "issues I have spoken to the doctor about are issues I would have visited my PCP for and not my gyno. At this point I feel as though in not even allowed to answer any questions here or I will be charged an additional fee. My mother, don't even get me started. Dr. Aslami felt it necessary for my mother to have surgery. After the surgery and having pain she called them office and they told her she was constipated. After multiplle days of pain treating "constipation" my mother ended up in the ER and had to have things drained as a cause of the surgery Dr. Aslami had performance. Almost 2 week so it of surgery now she is again having pain. She called the office and is being told to visit the hospital again (another $300 ER copay) and they can't help her in the office. I will NEVER EVER step foot back in the office for services. I am so disgusted with the lack of care or compassion for the patients that are seen and think it's disgusting that she is taking money from innocent people for her own need.
