If there was a zero star, I would have give it to them. They put you on hold for almost an hour whenever you call. When they eventually picked up the phone, they will tell you to call back because its their lunch hour, but when you call them to make a payment, its like calling 911. If you have a good organization with a bad customer service, it amount to nothing.

I love this place. Dr. Finch is my OB and she is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have and treats you like you’re her only patient. The staff at the desk are also super friendly and helpful.

I would give this practice no stars. My 7th week and I go to them a day before my scheduled appointment in extreme pain and exhaustion. The office manager rudely turned me away saying we don't take walk ins. Go to urgent care. All I wanted to know is that my baby was fine. I was appalled and so disturbed at this robotic inhuman approach to a client that came in a day early in pain that I ended up canceling my appointment with them all together. I'll go back to mgh even if I have to drive 40 minutes to get there to meet decent human beings serving would be mothers. These guys need customer service trainings. But if there is a training to just be humane they totally need that training too.

I had surgery two weeks ago, and it was to take pre-cancerous cells off my uterus, and they took my birth control out and said they would switch it out when I came back for the follow up. I went back for a follow up and had a co-pay. Since having been out of work due to this surgery, I couldn't pay it at that moment, since I have been trying to catch up on other bills. The office manager told me I couldn't have my birth control put back in until I paid the 400 something dollars. Mind you my birth control is maintenance , and doesn't cost me anything. So withholding my birth control insertion is really going to keep me as a client. The office is scum. Never going back. I got my birth control inserted somewhere else. Never ever going back.

Couldn’t give a zero. I’m in my third trimester and was made to wait for 30 mins to get into a room. And again for an hour after that to meet the doctor. The worst experience I’ve had so far.

Would NOT recommend this place. My appointment was at 2:40pm, and I did not get seen until 4:03pm. I was not told upon checking in, I would have to wait over an hour. It is absolutely NOT acceptable to make patients wait OVER AN HOUR after their scheduled appointment.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have had nothing but issues with this office since I've been a member. whether its me waiting 45-60 mins past my apt time or other issues. Now I am transferring (finally) because I have moved and its not in a convenient location plus they suck as a company in whole. Now that I am transferring I get charged a $20 transfer fee! When I asked the women I was on the phone with why I was being charged, all she said was "im not sure why" I asked for a manager and that manager told me the only way I could get MY medical records transferred is if they were to refer me to a different dr office. NEVER again will I come here and I will warn everyone about how terrible this place is. They need to retrain their staff and become better at running a business.

I went in for an annual visit and was charged a copay when I asked a question that didn’t fit in to the normal components of an annual visit. Annual visits are covered under insurance with no copay. In trying to resolve this issue, I got nowhere. This was the absolute worst visit to a doctor’s office in my life. At no time was I told that this became a sick visit and that tests would be submitted. I didn’t even see a doctor! I was examined by a nurse practitioner! Avoid this place at all cost.

I went here seeking help for my suspected endometriosis. I left with more questions that I went in with and was told “probably have endometriosis “ and then I was sent home. I was told that I am already receiving the best treatment for endo. This is an iud that caused me to bleed and worsen my cramps for 6 months straight. I was not given any information or other possible options. Would not go back.

Just transferred here and had my first visit today. I saw Katerina and she was nothing but patient, kind, compassionate and thorough with me. Those are the things I look for in an OBGYN office, the quality of the care. She was fantastic and I couldn't be more thrilled.

I wish I had read the terrible reviews before I've ever gone to this place. I am self-pay (currently not insured by my school due to # of credits for the semester). I got my IUD here 3 years ago but didn't come back until last month. They said my first appointment (which was mandatory) for a checkup would be $300, and my ultrasound would be $150. So imagine my face when I get a bill for $594 (not $300) and technically $296 (not $150). I paid $300 on the day of my first appointment. In the first appointment they did 3 urines tests that I thought was part of the checkup. 2 of them were $132. The pregnancy urine test was $41 (when I can get that test for anywhere between $1-23 between the Dollar Store or CVS). As for the ultrasound, I paid $150 that day for that procedure. However, Andover OBGYN hires a "mobile company" - pay by day technicians, not direct employees of A-OBGYN - to take the ultrasound pictures. That procedure costs $150. HOWEVER, then you have to pay $146 to Andover ObGyn for reading the pictures the ultrasound technician took. I say avoid this place at all costs! Many unhappy customers and several 5 star ratings on here from unreliable sources, they probably hired an agency to create these bogus reviews!

Legit worst obgyn I have ever dealt with. Been he two months in a row and they tell me I'm not supposed to be there but they call me and send me text messages telling me I have appointments and I get there and they tell me a totally different date. Two times this place shouldnt even be in business.
