Going to the doctor is never fun but Hannah was very kind and patient and explained everything to me very well. her schedule seems to be very busy but I would recommend her.

Saw a doctor for interstitial cystitis. She didn't know what that was or how to treat it. Don't go here for IC. The best doctor I have seen for IC is Dr. Eman Elkadry at Boston Urogynecology Associates in Cambridge. Very helpful doctor for treating IC.

This clinic dropped the ball for me. I called to make an appointment for a problem that needed a 2 minute procedure that at that time was not urgent. Because I was new they would not schedule me sooner than a month and a half. So I took the appointment, hoping for the best. Not long after that the problem became urgent. I called in for assistance and to move the appointment up to asap. I was told the soonest appointment I was allowed to have as a new patient would be in a month and to call back later in the week for new patient cancellations or go to a different OB. Seeing as I had begun slowly bleeding out, and could not wait a month (maybe a few hours) this was unacceptable. I called my family dr who told me to call my OB...So I wound up in the ER, waiting all day to be seen until I was too weak, dizzy, and shaky to stand because my problem was not outwardly visible, only to be told by ER staff that this was a simple procedure that my OB SHOULD have been able to take care of at a moment's notice because of how simple and quick it was. They then fixed the issue in 2 minutes and send me home around 5 after coming in early in the day (still weak from bloodloss, but not going to lose much more). Issue resolved, we're also now out several hundred dollars for a simple thing this bad office should have been able to handle. My "new patient" hazing appointment at this office will be canceled, and we probably dodged a bullet by avoiding this NEGLIGENT, lazy clinic. So glad I was not pregnant with two lives on the line instead of just mine. Will be posting this review elsewhere. Have a great day and don't use this clinic.

If you do not go frequently enough they mark you as "inactive" and take a lot of joy in telling you this if you have not been there in over a year. My regular doctor said to forget them and just do my annual as part of my physical but by doing that it made my "inactive" status issue arise again. They really only like regular patients they see every year.

I had a great experience with Dr. Sienkenwicz but after meeting with her and having a pregnancy, I had to meet a new person each visit and had to tell my history over to each person at each visit. It made me uncomfortable to repeat things to new nurses and midwives every visit and them not knowing what’s going on. Maybe read my chart prior to me walking in and not asking me every single thing. The ultrasound tech was full of attitude when I had my first ultrasound to see my baby which ruined the experience and gave me the worst pictures. The girls who answer the phones are extremely rude as well. I also had to go to different offices when I lived ten minutes from the one I wanted to go to and I am not interested in traveling to different offices and meeting with different people every time. It’s ridiculous and no one likes that as it is stressful. I also was forced to make appointments with maternal fetal medicine which I kept saying I didn’t want but they still pushed it on me and I ended up with two copays that are now in collections because they refused to listen to me about not needing those visits. I’m highly disgusted with them for that! Along with how difficult they made it for me to get my medical chart transferred back to the ob I had when pregnant with my first child. They also pushed vbac on me so hard when I made it abundantly clear that I wanted a repeat csection. They do not respect you here. This has to be the worst place you can go to and I would never recommend anyone to go there. You won’t see the same person twice and can have any doctor deliver your baby even if you hadn’t met that doctor yet. Avoid this place at all costs.
