I'm very hesitant about going to dermatologists due to the massive amount of skin cancer that runs in my family. I get very anxious and emotional and not only was everyone very professional but very empathetic and patient. They took the time to hear my concerns and made me fully aware of every step of the process. I never felt rushed, which is important to me. I felt much more at ease than I have in the past at other places. I've finally found a place that is the right fit for me, as I'm sure I'll be going often. Highly recommended!
