Any 2-Star or above rating is a fake review. The level of incompetence and laziness is unmatched, even at the highest levels of their management. When there's a billing issue (and there always is), the ball is always layed in the patient's lap. They never want to correct any errors and the errors are ALWAYS in their favor. This is criminal conduct that needs to be investigated by the State and whoever is in charge there needs to be held accountable.

Have been going to the resident internal medicine clinic for 2 years now, other than a minor billing issue, I've been totally satisfied by the staff and physicians I've seen. I tend to come at the end of the day but still the waits haven't been terrible. Sad that the doctors, being residents, are only there for 2 years, but that's how it works.

I went to family practice today to see Dr. Wallace Johnson, I signed in and wasn't greeted at all by the staff. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes, and finally got up and told the staff I wanted to reschedule because I couldn't wait all day to be seen and they had never even acknowledged my presence at all, and still hadn't checked me in. This is the third time that I have been treated like this, and I don't think that patients deserve to be treated like this. If my wife didn't work for the hospital, and I could be seen elsewhere with no copays I would. I don't think a patient with an appt. At 9am, should see the doctor come walking into the clinic and coming to work at 9:45am. I also saw 4 black gentleman come in after me, and the staff was very pleasant and eager to help them, but they seemed to forget about me. I work in healthcare, and if I ever treated a patient this shabbily I would no longer have a job. I thought everyone in the office this morning was very unproffessional, and I think it is time for me to take my healthcare needs to someplace other than the university if Maryland faculty physicians.

One of the worst experiences I had with the dermatologist visits. Very careless staff and providers. I’m very unhappy and disappointed with their service and even after. I paid my bill on time but they kept sending me bill over and over again. Although I let them know, because if the issues in their system they referred me to debt collector!! Just stay away from them especially the dermatology department in Columbia.

The staff are amazing but the doctors are awful. The care is quite poor. You keep seeing different doctors all the time and none of them takes responsibility for your care. There is always a miscommunication about my medicine refill and I go through so much to have just one medicine refilled. They really tire you out.
